DO NOT take your animal here! They didn’t stitch up my dogs massive wound. They gave me a false, uneducated diagnosis that would only be fixed by amputation or “because of her age” euthanasia, they made my mom feel as though she was being irresponsible for wanting time to think about it and were pressuring her to kill our dog. I really think they should not be in any health care profession. Go to bobcaygeon if you need a vet. These people should be shut down. Just to let you know our dog is healing and doing SO well walking around on her own, without amputation, and she’s still alive!

Misdiagnosed a beautiful dog. Took the dog elsewhere where they tried to save her but it was too late. Terrible dog attitude. Should be in some other business. Only interested in the money.

I will never recommend this vet! I lost my dog after surgery. They don't feel responsible for anything! DON'T go there!

I have not been a patient of this clinic for over 4 yrs now. The front staff are very nice but Dr. Kelly's bedside manner is less than desirable. She not only talks down to you but she makes you feel like an irresponsible owner if you do not blindly agree with her. She he pushes monthly preventatives and annual vaccines. She recommended surgery on my 8 week old puppy because she said her eyelids were too droopy and she wanted to tack them into place. Thankfully I decided to see if she would grow into this extra skin and she did. Her lids are perfect and I can only imagine the issues we would have if we went ahead with this surgery. She also wanted to correct her underbite and said that she shouldn't have one. My breed (boxers) is undershot and when I tried to explain this to her she cut me up and said that it's people like me who are ruining dogs!!!! I will never recommend this vet.....ever!

Dr. Kelly has taken care of our pets since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Unfortunately we had to have our beloved older dog put down several months ago. I just could not believe how sensitive and compassionate Dr.Kelly was. She must have gone through this process hundreds of times but she made us feel as though our feelings were totally understandable and not just another day for her.

Dr. Kelly and staff are outstanding. She has been the vet to our numerous dogs and cats for years. Last week I called her, after hours, as a very large bird had flown into our window. She met us at her clinic at 7:30 pm without hesitation. We offered to pay for the visit (unfortunately the bird - determined to be a partridge) passed away from its injury but she declined saying she likes to look after these creatures. She has always been there for us no matter what. Just the BEST!

We have been going here for over 15 years since we moved to the area. Dr. Kelly is first-rate - very professional, knowledgeable, up-to-date on current techniques, and will go out of her way for you and your pet. She has even made many, many house calls to care for our elderly dogs. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I don't know what we would have done without her these past several years. The facilities are excellent - we've boarded our animals there with complete trust that they would be looked after with compassion and love while we were on holiday. Her staff are caring and will also do whatever they can to assist. We've often considered moving away but, honestly, one reason we stay is we know that Dr. Kelly and staff are here for us and our animals and are so comfortable with them. Thank you for all you do.

On the ratings I wish I could all 0s. Our dog was suppose to have his teeth cleaned and when we picked him up they had removed 3 teeth. Two molars and a front tooth. Along with the surprise of teeth removed, he had a bulging eye and was stumbling into everything. The Dr who did the surgery stated he had to have pre condition of cherry eye, which was incorrect. We had the dog examined elsewhere where it was diagnosed as trauma on the eye during surgery. After letters to the Veterinary Board in Guelph, the Dr in question only received a slap on the hand. We never received an apology- nothing. At one time we were impressed with Dr Kelly who owns the hospital but maybe running 3 places is too much for her. She never tried to see the dog herself to try to help the dog or remedy the situation. It was as if she washed her hands of the whole situation.

Dr. Kelly has been my veterinarian for over 20 years. She is amazing! She treats my animals as if they were her own and very knowledgeable. She has very high standards for animal care so when I drop my animal off for surgery, dentistry or any other treatment, I know that my dog/cat will be well taken care of, with little to no pain, discomfort or stress. The staff is mostly good, however there seems to be a little problem in fluidity when signing patients in and out. Overall, I'm typically seen within 20 mins of my actual appointment, but I understand that it is a hospital and sometimes more serious cases take priority. The prices are reasonable and competitive.
