Wow! I couldn't believe the bad review on here when I saw it! My veterinarian referred me to Aid Animal Clinic (their name has changed now) because she wanted his dental work handled by a specialist. I met with Dr. Visser, who I absolutely loved. He explained everything very thoroughly with pictures and examples. They are very expensive, but that is what happens when you go to a specialist. That is why they are a "specialist"! My estimate had a range on it, so I wasn't surprised when I picked him up and they were at the high end of the estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental work that cannot be handled by a "regular" veterinarian.

I spent $1800.00 to have my dogs jaw fixed. To make a long story short they added things and did procedures without my consent and added all these charges to the bill. Their paperwork even states that they need to call before anything different from the quote is to be done. They did NOT! Then when I confronted the front desk girl she stated it was her fault for not adding it. Well, that it’s not my fault. Then the doctor came out and began yelling at me and treating me like I was a bad owner. HELLO...I just spent $1800.00 to fix my dogs jaw. How many people would do this? How dare he talk to a customer that way. He was throwing papers around and getting in my face. Dr. Visser was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! I would never go back there or recommend this office to my worst enemy.
