Staff incompetent. Had an appointment for a ear cleaning and nail clipping. The tech brings her out and said her ears were pretty dirty and all nails this time have been clipped. Yeah she missed one the last time I brought her in. So That evening my husband notice the cats ears looked dark not clean looking. So when I got home from work he told me so I proceeded to swab her ears with a damp paper towel and sure enough they were dirty. Of course the next day is 4th of July. I called them with my concern on July 5th and the secretary says well maybe she has an ear infection. Bring her in for $20 for a swab test. Really the tech couldn't walk out to the front and tell me when I was there! Ya think when your cleaning a cat's ear that something doesn't look right when it's that dirty and call in the vet to check!

I took my rescued cat to Tarpon Animal Hospital as I thought it was pregnant. I used a $1 first visit coupon. The vet,Dr. Miller told me she was and stated I needed an xray to determine how many babies were inside. The xray revealed the cat was not pregnant. 8 months later, I realized the cat was male. I was billed unneccessarily by the dr. For an xray of a cat that was male. How could he not have known that. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated honestly. I was refunded my money after I brought the cat up there 8 months later and proved it was a male cat.

I felt as if they were just trying to find things to bill me for- more tests (seemingly unrelated), meds out the wahzoo, and then dental issues that never seemed to be an issue with any other vet. Unfortunately, this is obviously a business looking to take advantage of and exploit the individuals who love their pets and would do anything for them.
