Poor quality of care.Veterinarian knows very little and I was very concerned about my cats care.The vet forgot to give me the meds. and had to go back to the clinic. DO NOT GO HERE! You will be worried the whole time.

The (inexperienced) vet I consulted about my dog's tooth infection insisted on a pricey procedure and did not inform me on any possible resulting complications. A few days after this "necessary" procedure he suffered multiple and continuous seizures. We had to put him down a week later. This very clinic showed me the sad truth about this profession, and how much of a "business" it truly is. I only wish I had checked a website like this before I sought out serious medical help. If you love your pet as much as I loved mine, please please please do yourself a favor and do not take it here.

My dog has arthritis I know that. She seemed to be in pain. I took her in and they kept her all day. Made an appt. to see me at 8pm and kept me waiting til 8:30. Then they gave me a $600.00 bill. Did thyroid testing but I never got the information. Gave the dog 10 days of Rimadyl but no prescription. Vet said my dog needed to stay on the Rimadyl for the rest of her life. I contacted 1-800-pet meds to order the Rimadyl. The clinic would not verify the Rx. When I called for my prescription they gave me the run around. I am still trying to get the prescription. I will never go back there. The staff is so curt and not helpful at all. The doctors always keep you waiting and waiting. Terrible service. Just a money making machine.
