I've taken my 2 dogs to Dr. Ted many time in the last year or so and have had nothing but a great experience. I think he's a terrific and caring doctor and extremely knowledgeable. All of his staff are friendly and always on the move. They don't like it when people have to wait and they seem to work really hard to get to everyone. I also have had my 2 pets in the kennel there and I was invited to go back and see them anytime I wanted. I did go back to the kennels and the "condos" and they are extremely clean and beautiful. Dr. Ted is an Afghanistan Army Veteran so I'm really glad that my vet is a real vet! He saved my little dog from a heart problem that otherwise would have killed him. I went to Dr. Ted when the treatments he was getting in another Vet Clinic in Gardendale weren't having any affect. I've been please ever since. I won't go anywhere else. I've never thought I over paid either.

I wouldn't bring my dead dog here. The "dr" is more into selling me what i dont need for my pet than anything. I kennel is outdated and smells. The dr always tells me my pet has an ear infection...i took my pet to another dr the same day and my pet had no such thing. There's no way I'd recommend this vet to anyone. I could not believe the way me and my pet were treated in this clinic. I will never go back there again.

Ted,"dr" will run your bill up so high that there is no way of being able to take care of your four legged friends and family members. He is very cheap and thinks if you cant afford it then you dont need to come and see him. I was told that in his clinic not too long ago by him. The needles looked reused and dirty and the floors and rugs are filthy. It stinks in that office and you know where that comes from, the kennels in back of a vet clinic that means that there are animals sitting and laying in there owhn fecies.it is horrible.I am going to Dr. Tom Fuqua and he is at Mercy animal clinic on Mon. Wed. Fri. he has two other wonderful doctors there all the time and there is never a wait and prices are over half of all creatures animal hospital
