The office staff, vet techs and doctors at this clinic have always been good to my dog and with my dog. He has been going there for 4 years now and I have never once had a negative experience with anything. The office, waiting room and exam rooms are very clean and I like the idea of a separate dog and cat waiting area. There are definitely cheaper vets around but to me the cost is less important than the level of care given. Also, this clinic provides 24 hour on-call vet care in case of emergency, unlike some other vets in this area.

Extreamly disapointed! The staff is stuck up and doesn't want to explain proceedures. The facilities are nice, I loved the option of a dog waiting room and a separate cat waiting room. Punctuality, I was 3 mins past my apointment time and they called to see if I was coming. (The staff has never heard of traffic before!) Monetary Value, slightly higher, shop around, you can find better! As for the VET Kely Yeager DVM, she was not kind to my pets, when she left the room, she left the door open and my pet got out of the room. She blamed it on me when she clearly left the door open and told me that I needed to controll my animal. I'm sorry, but that is the responsiblity of the vet and the vet tech since they were both in the room!
