We scheduled an exam with Dr. Luna around 3/2/22.Brady went from 62 to 44 pounds. After 4 trips and lots of tests later, Dr. Luna called me on 4/15/22. Bloodwork was positive for Pancreas enzyme deficiency. She recommended Viokase (by Rx only) She also recommended weekly B12shots at her office- $30/shot. I asked if we could do the shots at home. She said no. I told Dr. Luna will take her advice and we can start the medications. She said she would prescribe the Viokase that day. She never scheduled the first B1. I assumed she would call or fax in the ViokaseV Powder somewhere and it could be delivered on Saturday I requested that she call or fax in the Rx to PetMeds. This was her response: You have been provided with the prescriptions you need for Brady. You may submit the prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. I wish him the best of health in the future. Click to report rating    4/5/10   1     2     3     1   Pet Owners, Beware. This vet runs a dirty, incompetent, money-grubbing operation. Floors are cracked. Examination tables remain dirty from prior exams. Despite records that I provided the vet, she incorrectly administered an unnecessary rabies immunization to my dog. When I pointed out the error, she claimed that she didn't have the records I had in fact given her. When I asked for prescriptions for meds that can be obtained economically online, Dr. Nina advised that she offered a "special price" which was equal to the online costs. At home after I bought the medications from her, I discovered that this was not the case and I had greatly overpaid for the meds. Her staff did not call with results of in-office tests as they had said they would. The vet never returned any of the calls I made in my attempts to address these issues with her. Instead I had to deal with "Mike," her rude unprofessional hostile unhelpful office manager. Protect your pet and yourself, look for another vet. RID: 17376
