Presented false information regarding OR set up time for emergency c-section. Stated first, and when questioned again several times, that 90 minutes was required for setup. He laughed when informed of time constraints for successful outcome of surgery. Facility administrator later informed me OR's are always ready. There is no setup time required. Emergency c-section delayed 2hrs 50 min for dam that presented in NO distress and with 3 pups with strong heartbeats. One of three pups survived with a team of 4 vets and 6 technitions present. This facility and staff disgusts me.
