Click to report rating    8/15/11   5     5     3     5   Great value... Dr Wu always seems very concerned on your pets overall health. She'll take the extra time to answer all of your questions vs just in and out the door. Using the pet insurance for anything major is a life saver. My only complaint would be the front desk staff who seem to get flustered when a line starts to form. They try to accomadate everyone but sometimes dealing with just one person at a time I think would be a faster way to go. Would definitely recommend this VET. They don't try to over-sell you services you don't need. RID: 26941
Click to report rating    7/23/10   3     3     1     3   Very disorganized front desk. Vet is good as are the support groups. I would not want to bring a pet here for euthanasia due to the circus out front. RID: 18915
Click to report rating    4/8/10   1     1     2     1   I took my dog here when he was sick. The Veterinarian took an x-ray and blood work and had no idea what was wrong with my dog. All she kept saying was I think, I think, I think... She told me she thought my dog had a clogged BioDuct in his liver. Then she told me that I should come back and get an ultrasound to make sure that that's what it was. When reading the x-ray she was very unsure of what exactly she was looking at and said she didn't even think she could see his stomach. She then said I had three options. Number one that I could come back for the ultrasound, number two that she could refer me to a specialist, and number three that I could put my dog to sleep. Weary of this vet with all of her I thinks, I tried to do my own research on what could be wrong with my dog and I ended up taking my dog to a different vet. The new vet told me just from looking at the x-ray that my dog had something foreign in his stomach. He did surgery asap, unfortunately by this time it was too late. RID: 17446
