This is the most pathetic set up of a practice I have ever seen. The clinic appears to be a nice business as you walk in the doors. The receptionist is always friendly and caring, but the farther you go back in the clinic the more disappointing it gets. Dr. Gartner is one of the most clueless veterinarians I have ever encountered. I honestly do not know how ever made it through veterinary school. He has no compassion for his clients, staff, or his patients. He second guesses himself and doesn't give a clear diagnosis because he is too lazy to do any lab diagnostics. I heard from a previous staff member that he is also on probation from stealing controlled substances from another clinic. I don't know why such a large cooperation with so much potential would throw it all away with a doctor like that. For such expensive prices, I don't want my pet going under the knife at Paws.
