I thought Cristensen DVM was having moodswings the day I saw her. You could hear her yelling at her staff and see her through the door jumping up and down with her arms swinging. She was yelling at the staff like a nut about the toys and the food being not being put in the right place. It was awful the receptionist was crying. Then she would turn and smile at a client and say how are you today. like nothing happened, the service was awful everyone seemed untrained and scared. Not a place I will go to again. I felt her prices were high compared to the place I go to now and she has no compassion for people. A very mean little lady. What does she do to the cats when the client is not their if she can treat people so cruely? The place smelled like urine, and was dirty. They could not find my file for 20 minutes. The tech Lisa was also rude. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.
