Click to report rating    4/18/10   2     5     4     4   Went to this facility for years, as did all my family members. When our vet retired, we were devastated but continue to go here. Big mistake! Jackie at the desk is very friendly, as is Tammy, the vet tech. But the other desk staff and the other tech are rude people. I stopped going a few years ago for this reason. When I made an appointment, I never got to see the doctor. Only the tech. Was made to feel like no one cared there, like I was bothering them by coming. RID: 17582
