Horrible. Didn’t take care of anything. My cat got worse and had to be taken to Granville animal hospital. Miss diagnosed everything.

Like the response below says, okay for routine care, amazing receptionist named Cara.Steer clear of this place if you’re in an emergency situation, or if your animal may have a serious disease to tend to.I don’t think they have the ability to correctly diagnose, nor did they offer hospitalization. They aren’t an expensive vet but also now I feel you get what you pay for. Very scary to have a dying animal with no real answers, or in the least supervision of rapidly declining health. Also new vets in the clinic, so depending day no guarantee who you’ll see, or how experienced they are. As I was saying good-bye the tech came in to announce she didn’t charge me 30$ for a handmade name tag and could when I came back; upon pick up of ashes, it wasn’t even there. Not sure if it was forgotten or after 2300 for testing in 6days thought I wasn’t good for thirty bucks .. every time I hear thirty now I think back to that moment of disruption in my dearly loved pet’s dying moments.

Dr Gurpal Sandhu is the best vet that I've ever dealt with I used to go to Beattie up on Centennial in Stoney Creek they are all about the money they don't really care about your fur babies I would recommend Millen road to all family and friends 100% I believe nobody would be disappointed if they took their fur babies to Millen Road Animal Hospital in Stoney Creek they are very loving caring also afford and very kind and friendly staff I am so glad that I change vets

By far one of the best vets around. Dr. Sandhu and staff are always caring and knowledgeable. I always feel like they have my dogs best interest. They clearly explain in detail when it comes to medications. My dog has always feared other vet offices but he comfortably walks around their office which makes me comfortable when I have had to leave him there for tests or procedures.

Although the Vet was nice with my daughter's cat and caring and kind; when I explained how my own cat was a carrier of a fatal disease he did not believe me; and challenged me and said it was another problem and I could put my cat with another cat!! Basically I was wrong and over reactive and did not know what I was talking about!! This was even though I told him I had information from top research on this disease in England and blood and poop tests there! I was very upset that he did not listen and was being too know it all when he was wrong! I got proof the next day when I called another vet and was told what you are saying is true and do 'not' put your cat near another cat and there may now be places we can do better testing in the USA like the one you had in England 5 years ago and we will look into it for you. What a different attitude! Listening and team work. So this is a good vet if you want routine stuff, caring receptionist but not up on research or open minded.

Staff is friendly, professional yet compassionate. Our dog was treated very well and recovered easily from his surgery. Clearly these people have your pet's well being a top priority. Reasonable pricing for the excellent care your pet receives. Thank you for taking care of our furbabies!

We have been bringing our pets here for a long time. The staff have always been professional. The rooms are always clean. Dr. Sandhu has treated our pets with gentle care, even our 6lb. little grey cat( lots of problems). In an emergency(real or imagined) he makes time for them. We have been to other vets in the past, but our pets are most relaxed here.

Dr. Sandhu has recently reported an American Bulldog to the City of Hamilton for appearing to be a 'pitbull' type dog. The dog is VERY blatantly an American Bulldog. Please do NOT take any short haired muscular mutts to this vet as your risking your dogs life. I would be very wary of trusting a man, let alone a VET, who actually believes in breed specific legislation. Do some research before you tear families apart! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!
