I've been taking my pets (2 dogs/ 2 cats) to this clinic for over 7 years now. They've always been great. The staff and doctors are knowledgable and I can tell they care. You don't get that corporate feeling. It's locally owned and they're involving in the community.They provide great care, especially when it comes to dentistry.

We were advised our cat has a hyper-thyroidism. Vet prescribed Felimazole 2.5mg twice daily. After second round of blood tests, his thyroid was now underperforming, so they cut the dose. Our prescription was $39 for one month's worth. We found the drug at Petmeds dot com for 80% less, vet's office called back, said they would match the price, & their policy is they don't write prescriptions externally. So I said ok, only fair. They called back, said that I ordered 5mg tabs from pet meds (which I intended to split in fourths) and that they want to do 2.5mg tabs. I asked if they intended to give me twice the number of pills as I ordered, matching the price. Then Dr. Flecker got on the phone, was extremely rude, accused me of not taking care of my cat. I informed him that I have paid $400 to date on exams/labs so far, that I of course intended to follow the directions and didn't appreciate the accusation. He then said I needed to find another vet, and then hung up on me.
