4/30/16	5	3	4	1	Way too pricey. Have taken dog there for 5 years but the last visit pushed me over the edge. They need to get their overheads under control because meds are 50% more than I can buy them for at CVS and the lab tests were 30-40% higher than other vets in the area.Cute place. Great counter staff, decent docs, just way overpriced.

1/14/13	1	1	1	1	Too expensive. Also the doctors are rude and rush through your appointment. You or your pet does not seen important to them. Your just a face that they can't remember. They think just because they have a large facility that that makes them good at what they do. Ha! So wrong!
10/16/12	5	4	1	1	Do yourself a favor and never take your pet here if you want them to live. Dr. Han is horrible and should not be allowed to practice!!! After a bill of 2000.00 and multiple diagnosis we were told that our cat had cancer and we choose to euthanise based on Dr. Han's diagnosis and prognosis. After review of the xray we have a different opinion. We requested and were never given the records/test results or reports which were paid for. After leaving messages for Dr. Han that were never returned we needed to put this behind us to allow ourselves time to grieve and handle the guilt we felt for trusting Dr. Han who was suppose to be the expert.
1/9/09	1	3	2	3	the worst vet experience I have ever had. Dr Han treated us terribly (both my dog and me and my family). lack of care + experience could have easily killed our puppy. just AWFUL
11/9/08	5	5	5	5	I took my pet there after a car accident. The staff was amazing, caring for BOTH of us! We saw Dr. Sarah and Dr. Han came in while we were there. They worked together and saved Mortimer's life. i WAS SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL. They said they were moving to a wonderful new state of the art facility that will have NO cages on November 22nd. I live in Valparaiso and would not even think of going somewhere else now!! Thank you Dr. Han and Dr. Sarah!

6/4/08	5	5	5	5	Staff is incredible. Just one doctor I wouldn't see (happens to be the owner though). Great facility other than that.
2/14/08	1	5	1	1	This Vet was very insensitve to my dogs chronic ear infections and when i asked for my records to get a second opinion they were VERY RUDE! I would never go back!
12/9/07	2	3	3	2	Good facility, con new vets all the time because of current owners attitude toward people and animals. Would never take my pet back.
10/22/07	3	4	3	3	Staff has changed, there are one or two Doctors I would personally recommend.
