My 2 babies presently and all my dogs previously have been treated by him. He is loving with the animals and always willing to give information and assistance. I recommend him to everyone who loves their animal.

Je fréquente la Clinique du Dr. Bernier depuis plus de 20 ans et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait. Que cela soit pour mes chats et/ou mes chiens les soins sont excellents. Le Dr. Bernier suggère mais n'impose jamais un traitement. Il fait preuve de beaucoup de compassion. Son personnel de soutient est également très efficace.

I began reluctantly and frantically searching for a new vet back in the late 90s as my Dr. Dan had passed away... I finally found Yves Bernier - he has been caring, understanding, professional and honest about various options - from a 19 year old cat, a 15 year old chihuahua, find a new home for my baby cat due to a baby in the house and i could go on for hours... He always gives options, with the various possible results, and finances are taken into account as well. i am very grateful to him. twice i had to go elsewhere due to emergency as i have moved far away, and i was not comfortable at each of these other places. thank you for the love you show towards the animals!

The best. Dr. Bernier is caring, compassinate, and takes care of our pet children as if they were his own. We've gone through animals of all ages...from puppy and kitten...he remembers them all and is always available when most needed. I highly recommend Dr. Bernier.

I have used Dr Bernier for 20 years and am completely satisfied - he takes time to explain the pros and cons of the medicine and anything else you might want to know. Only wish they were open till 9 with a Dr. in house. Always recommend Dr Bernier

In short, one of the WORST and MOST DANGEROUS vet, aka Bernier. He misdiagnosed my darlings more than once and return to him we never will. STAY AWAY,take your precious friends to a doctor who is less money hungry and more in tune with the needs of our precious companions

I have been going to Dr Bernier with my pets since he first opened his practice many years ago. He has always provided the best care and advice for both my cat and my dog. He gives you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision about your pet's health. I highly recommend him.

We Have dealt with Dr Bernier for a long time with many different pets,always extremely satisfied. Our most recent issue has left me wondering who is in charge there? Our cat has fallen ill, we called for an appointment only to be told by the receptionist that we needed to go to an emergency clinic right away as what we had described was too much for them to handle. I called the emergency clinic in Laval only to be asked who referred me and why...then I realized I was being panicked by a receptionist who is not a Vetrenarian. So I called back to make my appointment so someone could actually see our cat. Again by the same receptionist that I HAD to go to an emergency clinic as our cat had very little time left?!? Now how the hell does someone who is not a VET give this type of advice over the phone without ever seeing our CAT. I will follow-up later, but I am shocked by the service I have received and the resulting panic it has instilled. "

The service at Montreal West Veterinary Hospital is top-notch. The veterinarian really shows that he cares about each and every animal and the hospital itself is well maintained and recently renovated. The staff has a professional and helpful attitude. All in all, it is an amazing place to take my pets. I feel safe leaving my animals there and I know that they will be in good hands.

Dr. Yves Bernier is very helpful and you can see he truely loves animals. He gives you advice but doesn't pressure you, and he is very personable. As well the clinic is very reasonable for the service they provide.
