I can't believe this Dr. would get anything but 5's. All my experiences with this office have been positive. My dog has received excellent care by a Dr.that truly loves animals.

This is a rating based on a service 13 years ago but I just chanced upon this site. He put my two year old toy Pom to sleep immediately upon examination and blood work. I had her examined by a vet in Madeira a couple of weeks earlier and they said she was fine. But she got diarrhea and couldn't stand up. A trusted friend took me to him for an emergency visit. He told me she would die during the night anyway if I chose to take her home. I have questioned his diagnosis and my decision for over a decade. No accusations. Just saying I have had doubts.

Dr Henehan has been our Vet for over 20 years. He has treated our Family of Cats, present and Past(6) with the Top level of Expertise! He makes House Calls, is very reasonably priced and is "Spot On" with his diagnosis and treatment of our Cats. We adopted 2 of our Cats, as Orphans from his practice.He is straight forward and to the point, but is a GREAT Vet.I asked him, one time , if he planned to Retire. He said, "What would I do, the Animals are my Life". This is the Vet you want treating your Pets!

We had to have our kitty put to sleep. It was so sad, but there was no hope. He tried to make it as painless as possible.

Dr.Henehan is very compassionate, prompt and honest. He took excellant care of our dog. Always professional and very knowledgable. We are blessed that we had him as our vet. We had to put her down recently and he did an awesome job. thank you

I had to put my dog to sleep. It has been one of the hardest days of my life. I decided it would be best to have a veternarian come to my home instead of having her have to ride in a car and be euthanized at my vet s office instead of her home. Dr. Henehan was a vet I found on the internet. He was the only one who could fit me in that day. He came to my home late and seemed to be in a hurry. When my sweet and affectionate dog approached him he backed up and NEVER once pet her to let her know he was ok. My dog is the biggest baby doll in the world!!! His first words were where do you want this done. I asked that he examine her. He felt her stomach and said yes it is bad....that was the extent of the exam. Then when she was laying on the floor he LEANED toward her from a standing position and jabbed her deeply with the needle to sedate her. It was painful for her and I think he hit her bone. He made no adjustments to how he was using the needle. She never felt needles in the past BUT SHE

This vet was amazing. My cat had to have a tumor removed and a hernia repaired from a botched spay surgery and he did an amazing job. His staff is really helpful and friendly and I love that he makes house calls for pets who can't travel. I would highly recommend him and he is extremely affordable which was an added bonus!

This is the only vet I could find to come to my house and put my dog to sleep at home. I can not say enough good things about this vet.

Dr. Henehan has been caring for my pets for 20+ yrs. He is an excellent vet, and he seems to truly love his work. I haven't found any vet better than Dr. Henehan. He helped my three 17 yr-old cats live quality lives, even though they had various health issues. It is so great that he makes house calls. My house cats get so stressed riding in cars. He can treat all of my pets (cats and dog) with one home visit, which is so convenient for me. And, his fees are reasonable. Dr. Henehan doesn't mince words. His honesty is refreshing. I suppose that some people want a social visit. I would rather have a brilliant vet, who makes accurate diagnoses and whose primary concern is my pets' welfare. My dog recently had an inccurate diagnosis from another vet. When I finally took my pet to Dr. Henehan, he quickly diagnosed the problem properly and clearly explained treatment options. So, my choice for the very best care for my pets is always Dr. Henehan.

DOC IS A GREAT VET VERY EXPERIENCED AT WHAT HE DOES. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU. HE HAS EVEN OPENED HIS VET BOOKS AND READ THEM SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING ON. HIS OFFICES ARE EXTREMELY CLEAN. TIM WILL MAKE HOUSE CALLS IF NEEDED. WE WOULD REFER HIM TO EVERYONE AND DO. THANKS TIM FOR BEING THE VET YOU ARE.

Not the best bedside manner but knows his stuff. Took a cat to another vet and was told that he would have to be on dialysis for the rest of his life left with a bill over $600 and brought him to Tim. Tim had all the test sent over to him and looked at the test results and determined from the test results that my cat was already DEAD based on the other vets test. He did another exam and our cat lived WITHOUT dialysis for another 6 years with until he died of old age. Always strait to the point and gives you direct answers, he cares for animals and doesn't try to sugar coat things. I would highly recommended him for being a great Vet and not for his bedside manner.

He claimed that a pup had a heart defect and told client he was going to die. He also told client to "shut up". Pup was taken to TWO other respected vets and is perfectly fine and healthy. This vet is an idiot and quite rude. I would never recommend him for even an anal expression. That's how worthless he is!

super nice guy who really loves his animals an his family. Will bend over backwards for anyone and makes everyone his friends. Thanks Tim for everything.
