Have been taking my dogs here for several years. Needed to see an emergency vet after hours on Sunday for my shih tzu After hrs vet is listed on the Rogers website as an emergency vet for them. Paid for a full exam, X-rays, vet visit and drugs on Sunday and he suggested I have Rogers run a blood test to make sure one of the drugs was OK for my dog's liver. When I called Rogers to do the blood work, I was told they would not accept the emergency vet's report and exam and I would have to pay for another total exam in addition to the blood workup. What? They would not accept their own emergency referral vet's report and request for blood workup. This seems like a scam and just a way to bilk their clients. In addition, I had to wait several days because they did not have a vet available and since they needed "another exam" a technician could not do the blood draw. Terrible. I will never go back to Rogers Pet Clinic.

Dont go to this clinic! Dr Prior at this clinic is awesome, and treated my cats for over 5 years. BUT the owner Dr Pasternak and her administrator-boyfriend are two of the rudest people I have ever met, I took my cat to Dr Pasternak once and was appalled by her belittleing and patronizing manner. From that point on, i requested Dr Prior when making an apt. This morning i got a call from the boyfriend telling me that I needed to find a different clinic because in his practice patients don't get to choose which Dr their pet sees. When I questioned him he hung up on me. I'm obviously not the first client they have done this to, check other Internet reviews.

Rogers Pet Clinic saved us from a horrible experience with our beloved golden retriever of 10 years who suddenly passed away. Our vet in Brooklyn Park that we had been going to for several years..were totally inconsiderate, not understanding and could careless what had happened. You would think when you have brought 3 animals to their clinic for the past 6-7 years they would care but, they didn't. At the last moment, because of our Vets rudeness, we decided to go to Rogers Pet Clinic. They were AWESOME, understanding like we had been using them for years. They even sent a card in the mail,,,our Vet ...nothing. Thank you Rogers Pet Clinic for helping us through a rough time. We will continue to use RPC from now on.

Unhappy with the care of my show dogs - I was always asked to schedule an appointment to neuter them and told they needed to gain weight. Not a show-friendly vet.
