Drs Brown and Clifford and vet techs Donna, Sarah and Melanie offer professional veterinary care of your dog and cat with a caring compassion that I have yet to find elsewhere. Whether it is for a wellness visit, toenail trim or something a lot more serious I have trusted them for over five years and my beloved pets are well taken care of here. I just brought in a cat that we were taking care of and had been a little worried that a cat might be a little less comfortable than my dogs. The cat stayed relaxed the entire visit and I think she even fell asleep. Lots of teaching was done and we left feeling great.

From the first time we walked in Colonial with our dog we saw how the staff loved animals. Dr Brown is fantastic and honest and really cares about the wellness of his animals. I would recommend and honestly say that this clinic goes above and beyond to help the families with their pets.

The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. They care about our dog. Our appointments are always on time. The clinic is very clean and there is plenty of parking.

The entire staff, including reception, technicians, and doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and really friendly. The facilities are spotlessly clean, and appointments are always on time. Pricing is very reasonable, and they never try to talk you into expensive treatments that are more than what your pet needs. This is a clinic you can trust.

We were given an emergency appt. right away and they took excellent care of our dog who had a very high fever. The Dr. even called the next day to see how our dog was feeling.

I take both my dogs and cats here, they are all wonderful people, from the front desk to the techs to my favorite Dr Brown and the other vets i have seen last minute as well. They showed so much compassion when i had to make the tough decision to put down my elderly cat (19) as well as my rabbit. I find when i go here, that i am never made feel bad if i choose not to do a treatment of care ( ie the heartworm ), absolutely no sense of "money grabbing" here.

Best clinic ever! The staff is fantastic and the vets (I usually see Dr. Brown or Dr. Clifford) are just amazing! You can’t possibly explain in under 1000 characters the level of awesomeness of that clinic and its vets! They actually care and that is clear from the way they interact with their human and fur clients. I would not bring my pugs anywhere else! Great staff, reasonable prices, lots of trust and confidence in the vets and 30 minute appointment slots! You just can’t get any better than that!

I would recommend this veterinary clinic to any pet owner. Dr. Clifford diagnosed my dog quickly after several other vets failed to,and provided a practical starting point for her treatment. 2+ years later my girl is in great shape and her issues are controlled by low dose inexpensive medication and special diet. I referred a friend who now would not take his dogs any where else.

The front office girls make this clinic fantastic. They are always there and willing to help offering friendly caring smiles and voices. Never have I arrived at a vet and felt more welcome!I would recommend this hospital to everyone

I have taken my pets to this hospital for many years. I really like the small town attitude and friendliness. The staff is super friendly and the vets are top notch. I feel that the staff really does care about how my pets feel and understand what I'm going through when my pet gets sick. I also feel that I don't get ripped off for unnecessary vet bills and I never feel pressured into unnecessary or questionable procedures.

The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgable. The building is older but in good shape and has a country feel. They were able to do my pets emergency sugery on sight and save his life
