Keep your loving pets away from this place. A cat should not have to die at the age of 10 for no reason. After spending over $1,000 and not even getting so much as a phone or an answer as to what is wrong with my best friends cat. He and his son had to watch him die in a cage because of the treatments performed or lack there of. Then another $400 for a cremation. The cat would have been better off at home with some simple medication. If you want your loving pets to live a full life, then take them to another vet. One that won't take all your money and kill a member of your family.

I have been going to Aurora Animal Clinic for the last 15 years. They go above and beyond what other Vets have done for me in the past. I am not sure why there are any negative comments about them on this site as that certainly has not been my experience. Your pets are in great hands here!

Caring, knowledgeable and compassionate clinic. Veterinarians and Technicians were amazing during our need for extended care of our aging dog. We always know our pets are treated well.

Took my healthy dog and 2 cats for annual wellness appt, cats pass with flying colors, vet found ONE black bug on my dog and said it was fleas and had me treat all my 3 cats. Needless to say, I listen got $750 bill with discount,from $850 of unnecessary medication/treatment. NONE of my 4 animals have fleas. My excuse is that I just got off shift work (hospital), so, was stupid. I listene and got rip off. For a vet to have 6 years of experience and how many years of vet school cannot tell what a flea is makes me questions a lot of thing. This is my 2nd incident with LeGallais. Needless, to say, I am looking for another vet. I took my 4 animals there from 2013-2016 and have been severely disappointed. High vet turnover. Only good thing is the vet do their own physical assessment.

I moved to Aurora from Toronto and tried 3 vet clinics in newmarket before a friend told me about the Aurora Animal Clinic (in the Dairy Queen plaza). The staff here are wonderful !!! I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic. Treated our very sick cat so well. Very loving and knowledgeable staff. Each and every staff member is friendly and treats all the animals so well.

I have been bringing my dog here for 10 years now, and I wouldn't want to take her anywhere else. The support staff is beyond impressive, and the doctors are thoughtful, caring, and up to date with treatment options. I know that my dog is in good hands here.

I have found this clinic to be highly skilled, friendly, punctual and caring. I have had my dogs taken care of by these vets for many years and am very happy with them. I will not take my pets anywhere else! I have absolute faith in them and the staff. Clean facility and all round a good place to go.Their fees are very reasonable! Thanks to you ALL again

Had a great experience at this clinic recently. They were very helpful explaining the needs of our family's new puppy. The dr we saw was very thorough and the front staff was amazing. They made us feel very comfortable. Our pup needed a few procedures done and they gave us an estimate which was nice to know what to expect money wise. Overall we would recommend the clinic to family and friends alike!

i'm not sure what's worse, their lack of knowledge, or their thirst for money. was there for 2 years trying to give chance after chance. after a while, my dog deserved more.

The doctors don't spend anytime trying to solve your problems but they really like selling you useless expensive meds.I think they have already retired from the world of veterinarians.The front office staff run the office however they like.I think they need a good manager with customer service skills.

Very impressed with both vets I have dealt with at the Aurora Animal Clinic. Have not yet had need for major treatment, but find the staff extremely helpful and the vets thorough. Was happy to discover they conduct their practice based on "Do no harm", therefor, my cat had its prescription changed to control arthritis with great success. Very professional and personable.

I had decided to switch vets for many reasons (too lengthy to go into here). My dog needed a refill of his prescription. The new vet legally couldn't prescribe drugs as she had not seen my dog yet. Aurora Animal Clinic refused to refill my prescription as I was no longer a patient of theirs. After some research, it turns out that is illegal. Not surprised given eveything I had gone through with them!
