Click to report rating    7/26/21   5     5     5     5   Dr. Sulner saved my dog's life. She is so compassionate and really understands how much my dog means to my family. My dog is a Westie, 19 years 3 months young. Besides age related vision loss in one eye, and a little hard of hearing, she is in great shape! She got very, very ill (pancreatitis) and was admitted to an ICU while vacationing in Cape Cod. She was admitted and treated and release but still very, very ill. We called Dr. Sulner and she saw her first thing the next morning when we returned to New Jersey. She gave her IV fluids, treated her and got her admitted to Northstar Vet Hospital. Our little Lucky was discharged in 5 days and is back home. If Dr. Sulner had not insisted we admit her again here in NJ, she would have certainly died. We are so indebted to Dr. Sulner and we feel very lucky indeed to have her as our little Lucky's vet. She follows up with phone calls (when she says she'll call you, she does, and she really cares. Highly recommend her. RID: 70055
Click to report rating    9/19/19   1     1     1     1   Very disappointing every visit I had was with issue,If Dr Sulner is incapable of running this facility herself she needs to bring in a good vet full time to share the load and provide the care, time and attention every animal deserves. They frequency close the office on a minutes notice. One vet was brought in who they had to let go after several weeks who seemed to have the intelligence of a 5 year old. Sorry I didn't go with my gut feeling by visit # 2 but by visit # 4 I'm done, glad it was only a trial and I did not bring my other pets or leave where I have been going. I think inexperienced pet owners may feel they are in good hands but thus experience and insanity of this office leave me running away never to come back! RID: 68568
Click to report rating    3/7/19   1     1     1     1   Junior , a six ( 6) month old male Domestic Short hair feline was presented to the clinic on November 13, 2007 for a feline neuter . At the Clinic, he came under the care of Dr. Sulner. Following a physical examination by Dr . Sulner, the surgical neutering procedure began . Junior suffered cardiac arrest during the procedure and Melissa M. Mayes, D.V.M., an associate veterinarian at the Clinic , was summoned to sexist in the resuscitation of Junior. Two unlicensed veterinary technicians were present in the surgical suite with Dr . - Sulner. An unlicensed technician performed the neuter of Junior and it was during this surgery that the cat went into cardiac arrest. The resuscitation attempts by Drs. Hayes and Suln e r were unsuccessful and Junior died . Dr. Sumer acknowledged that she was present in the surgical suite during the entire procedure. Finally, Dr. Sulner did not submit any doctunentati ,on to the Board disputing the allegations. RID: 67440

Click to report rating    5/25/10   5     5     5     5   I love Dr. Sulner. I had an emergency with my dog and rushed her in without an appointment. Dr. Sulner dropped everything and stabalized my dog. I was then transferred to Garden State. If it wasn't for Dr. Sulner, my dog wouldn't be alive. I wish more vets were as caring as she is. RID: 18115
5/7/10   1     3     3     1   Dr, Sulner didn't know the symptons I gave were those of my cat in heat. She advised expensive blood tests. charged me $212. Couple of days later, still worried about my cats actions I found out from a different vet..The cat was in heat..How can this dr. treat sick animals when she doesn't know one in heat... RID: 17846
