They are so compassionate and have my pets and my best interests at mind. I had to make a very hard choice for my dog and they helped me decide without pushing or making me feel guilty. Best clinic in the whole area!!

Now that they have new management, I do NOT like them. They push everything and try to sell you on anything they can. My friend was in Africa for 6 months and when she got back there were SEVENTEEN MESSAGES on her answering machine from this clinic telling her that her cat was overdue for vaccines. I have also noticed that Deborah is gone, as well as most of the technicians that have been there for years. The clinic manager is someone I do not even know. What happened?

When my dog needed emergency surgery on a holiday, the vets met me at the clinic and got her into surgery within an hour of me calling. I appreciated that the were honest about the severity of my dog's condition, and gave me best- and worst-case scenarios before they started. The surgery was successful and when I followed up with my regular veterinarian the next week he commented on how well my dog looked considering the surgery she'd had. I am forever grateful that the staff gave up their holiday to save my dog!

Friendly, courteous staff. The technicians are amazing and SO great with our dog. We have been coming here for years and have no complains.

I have had mixed experiences here. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually see dr hessler who is very nice. i had an appointment with the owner (dr gray) recently and she seemed to spend a lot of time trying to convince me to do uneccessary tests and procedures on my dog. she said that my dog had bad dental disease and required a cleaning. made me feel like a bad owner about it. two weeks later when i came back because my dog had an ear infection i asked dr hessler about her teeth and she said that they would need attention in the future, but a cleaning was not neccessary. be wary.

This clinic is absolutely amazing! The front desk staff seem to know you even if you haven't been there in a year! My dog had to get his teeth done and when I got to pick him up the technician printed out the bill for me and went over it. She said that the surgery took longer than expected, so they complimented the bill down so it was within the original quote because they hadn't anticipated it would take so long. I was so happy! They are truly compassionate and are willing to help out at any time. They definately are not in it for the money like a lot of vets Ive been to over the years. Stunning!
