They let our poor dog suffer! They ran some blood work. They knew for 5 days that Coco had acute kidney failure and they never called us! They let Coco suffer until he got so bad we had to bring him in to the emergency room and leave him for a few days (COSTLY). We brought him back for vomiting and no appetite. They prescribed a medicine and told me to go to the pharmacy. I couldn’t find it. I called VCA numerous times and they did not call back. They promised to call a pharmacy immediately. I waited a day and no call. VCA called in the prescription too late and it would not be ready until following week. I found some substitutes so I called again… NO ONE CALLS BACK!!! That weekend Coco became very sick again and we had to bring in. After we paid lots of money again suddenly they had the prescription! I asked to speak with manager Josh and was repeatedly promised a call back…NEVER HAPPENED! JOSH NEVER CALLED! I believe that he knows they did something wrong so he will not call back
