	5/14/10	1	3	3	1	The doctor was highly incompetent and caused the death of 2 of my cats in as many weeks ! He didnt follow thru with neccesary testing and teatment and lied and said they had! My cats died suffering and in great pain! Stay away from Dr G.P.Singh unless its to make him suffer a fraction of what he put my cats through
