I plan to neuter my dog. According to Dr. Cassandra, my dog's blood test reading is not suitable for neuter. She wanted to reconfirm by having an ultra sound blood test which I paid more than $200. Again she said that my dog is not suitable for neuter. She suggest changing diet and have prescription drug. After a month, she suggest another blood test and I said no (my dog is not even start the prescription drug yet). She then said that don't worry about the cost. She ended up doing another test and charge me another $70 something. Now I switch to another vet: Cachet Village, they have newer facility and the doctor said that my dog reading is not too bad and they can perform laser surgery on him. Now, my dog is already neuter.

My parents have been coming here for 29 years and i now bring my 2 dogs (Kahlua and Dakota). Dr. Ross and his staff are great and are compassionate and caring. We would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet well taken care of.

I DO NOT recommend this animal clinic at all! The customer service at this place is atrocious! The owner, Dr. Ross, is all about making money and has ZERO interest in the healthcare of your pet or any interest in the owners. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to call and cancel an appt at the last minute (sometimes life throws you a situation that puts a crimp in your plans and that you CANNOT avoid!). This was the very first time we had EVER called & cancelled an appt. The next time we called to book another appt, a note had been added to our file indicating the following: #1) we would have to give a credit card over the phone to secure the appt, and #2) we were going to be charged for the appt that we called to cancel because "it was at the last minute". Talk about gauging the customer and telling them to get lost!! This was especially insulting considering the last visit cost us nearly $400. This place does not deserve our business or YOURS!!!

Our dogs were taken cared of satisfactorily and the staffs were so accommodating and very nice. The reception is so overwhelming. I will recommend this animal clinic to all my friends.

I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I took my rescue cat to be spayed and when I picked her up she was missing a ring of fur around her paw. When I questioned the vet he accused me of abusing her. In reality, they probably had to restrain her because she was terrified of them. I never took her back there!

I want to commend the entire team at Milliken Bridlewood. I brought my pets to Milliken for years before switching to a clinic closer to my new home. When my cat fell ill last week, I decided to bring him back to Milliken. I am sure glad I did! The staff were very friendly and patient, and they spent a great deal of time answering my questions. What a great experience!
