We have taken our 2 cats to this clinic for almost 14 yrs. We find Dr. Lam is a fantastic vet. She is very dedicated to pets and their owners. She gives very accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. She couldn't have done more, recently, to keep us fully informed about how to treat CKD. The clinic' staff all give tender loving care to our pets at all times. Simply amazing!

I plan to neuter my dog. According to Dr. Cassandra, my dog's blood test reading is not suitable for neuter. She wanted to reconfirm by having an ultra sound blood test which I paid more than $200. Again she said that my dog is not suitable for neuter. She suggest changing diet and have prescription drug. After a month, she suggest another blood test and I said no (my dog is not even start the prescription drug yet). She then said that don't worry about the cost. She ended up doing another test and charge me another $70 something. Now I switch to another vet: Cachet Village, they have newer facility and the doctor said that my dog reading is not too bad and they can perform laser surgery on him. Now, my dog is already neuter.

Horrible experience for the first time going there. Dealt with Kyla or Kylie? She was rude and impatient. Dr.Ross was okay but seemed rushed. Cheap prices but shows in lack of service and lack of professional staff. I will be going elsewhere.

I've been going to this office for years. We've never had any problems with the veteranians (Dr. Ross and Dr. Lee have been fantastic). Unfortunately, the office manager has on more than one occasion made an already unpleasant visit even worse. Terrible attitude, especially for someone in customer service. I've left several times feeling terrible as if we were disturbing her! It's a shame, since the rest of the staff and groomers are so lovely and caring.

I have no idea how anyone could say anything negative about this clinic. They have the best prices around (I haven't noticed a price raise in 2 years!) The Doctors and staff are so warm and caring. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone! Thanks for all the care and support Milliken!

I am very impressed with Milliken Bridlewood in general and Dr. Lee specifically. I have been to the clinic twice and my cats received excellent care and attention. Dr. Lee shows a great amount of care and concern for my cats and I feel very comfortable with her. On my most recent visit I brought in my new cat Jinx and Dr. Lee spent a lot of time making sure she was in healthy condition. I will definitely keep using this clinic and will recommend it to anyone who needs a vet for their cat.

I've been coming to this clinic for years with my cat and I think they're the best around. I've tried different clinics in the area and honestly nothing compares. The front staff and techs are really warm and helpful and all the doctors really care about the welfare of the animals and it's so easy to see. I've found the prices are the best around and I like how they always make time for me with appointment requests. Overall it's a great clinic and I try to recommend it any chance I get!

My dog has been a patient at this clinic for 7 + years. I have finally decided to change clinics, b/c I have noticed the practice has gone downhill since the amalgamation years ago. No consistency in vets, most work part time and prices have gone up significantly. I have received 2nd opinions at other vets, and prices are significantly cheaper and quality better. Overall, I hate to say it, but the office manager and one of the newer receptionists have a huge chip on their shoulders. Not too friendly, not too genuine. It took me along time to consider switching vets, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere - especially since there is so much choice out there - and other clinics deserve my business. Sorry Milliken.

My parents have been coming here for 29 years and i now bring my 2 dogs (Kahlua and Dakota). Dr. Ross and his staff are great and are compassionate and caring. We would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet well taken care of.

My dog's reaction says it all~! Always one that hates visits to the vet, my dog would walk right into the patient's room to greet the staff inside~!

The staff members are friendly and the facilities are clean. The appointments are efficient yet detailed, the vet explains everything she does and exactly what she's giving my dog. I travel from Mississauga to this clinic because I trust the vet and really like the clinic!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this clinic. The doctors really seem to care about my animals, and often spend up to an hour with me per visit. They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly to me, and make sure I understand all the treatments or tests they recommend. The staff is wonderful too, very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionists know me and my pet by name and greet us the moment we come through the door. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially for the value you get. (I have spent the same amount of money at other clinics, and they spent only 5 to 10 minutes with me.) I also really enjoy their Facebook page; it’s updated daily with useful information and helpful tips. I wouldn’t listen to any negative reviews, try this place out and see for yourself how wonderful it is.

I DO NOT recommend this animal clinic at all! The customer service at this place is atrocious! The owner, Dr. Ross, is all about making money and has ZERO interest in the healthcare of your pet or any interest in the owners. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to call and cancel an appt at the last minute (sometimes life throws you a situation that puts a crimp in your plans and that you CANNOT avoid!). This was the very first time we had EVER called & cancelled an appt. The next time we called to book another appt, a note had been added to our file indicating the following: #1) we would have to give a credit card over the phone to secure the appt, and #2) we were going to be charged for the appt that we called to cancel because "it was at the last minute". Talk about gauging the customer and telling them to get lost!! This was especially insulting considering the last visit cost us nearly $400. This place does not deserve our business or YOURS!!!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Ross for over 30 years, and I would not trust them to anyone but him and his staff! They are simply the best. My whole family uses the clinic.

Milliken Veterinary Clinic is Top Notch! The doctors and staff treat my dogs as if they were their own. My dogs love going there. Their service is simply outstanding, their standards unbeatable. They are gentle and kind and are truly concerned about my dogs' well being. I have complete confidence in the doctors and staff at Milliken Veterinary Clinic.

Our dogs were taken cared of satisfactorily and the staffs were so accommodating and very nice. The reception is so overwhelming. I will recommend this animal clinic to all my friends.

My pet was a patient of Rob McCleary and we were happy wth the care at Bridlewood. His office was basic but you felt the staff cared. He would take calls when necessary. At the amalgamated clinic the staff were uncaring and rude. The prices doubled and vet care suffered. When I questioned something after surgery they refused to ask the vet to call be back. They told me to come in but indicated that there might be a charge for the visit. I complained to the vet about the way the staff had changed and questioned a surgical proceedure and was sent packing, that's right. I recieved my pets file via UPS and told not to come back. I was left without a vet, after a serious surgery, between Christmas and New Years. I felt this was very unprofessional and bordering on dangerous. I have since found a new vet - Pickering Animal Hospital. Prices are at least 50% less and the vets call even after a routine check up just to see how your pet is doing. Milliken-Bridlewood did me a favour!!

I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I took my rescue cat to be spayed and when I picked her up she was missing a ring of fur around her paw. When I questioned the vet he accused me of abusing her. In reality, they probably had to restrain her because she was terrified of them. I never took her back there!

If it was not for Dr Ross and his staff I would not have my pet. My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma (cancer) over 1 year ago. Thanks to the care and compassion of this team I still have my dear friend. I don't know how anyone can find these people uncaring or rude. In the opinion of my family you could not find a better group of caring people.

I take my two dogs and cats to Milliken Bridlewood on a regular basis and have had nothing less than exceptional service and care from all of the staff and doctors. I've been to many clinics before this one and felt as though I was being rushed through my animals' appointments until I came to Milliken Bridlewood. All of the staff (especially the receptionists) treat my animals as if they were their own. I've dealt with all of the doctors at this clinic and have had no trouble specifically requesting a particular doctor in situations that I would feel more comfortable with carrying on with the same doctor. I'm quite shocked that anyone has had a negative experience at this clinic and would urge people to check it out for themselves as I wouldn't trust any other clinic with my babies.

I was beyond disapointed. The receptionist is very rude and the doctor is very expensive. My dog had bladder stones and had to have them removed. they estimated $2200-$3600. I went elsewhere and the same surgery cost $1200. They were going to completly rip me off. Since i went to another vet for the surgery they wont even see or comment on my dog. I have been a patient for 6 years and now they son't even care and were completly rude.The doctor's also change on a regular basis so there is no consistency. Would not recomend this vet clinic at all.

I want to commend the entire team at Milliken Bridlewood. I brought my pets to Milliken for years before switching to a clinic closer to my new home. When my cat fell ill last week, I decided to bring him back to Milliken. I am sure glad I did! The staff were very friendly and patient, and they spent a great deal of time answering my questions. What a great experience!

Great clinic. All the doctors are wonderful. Very thorough and care about the pets. I have never had to wait for an appointment. Not the cheapest vet and not expensive either. Great value. Dr. Ross and McCleary have called me on the weekends to check up on my pets. Highly recommended.

These are wonderful people to deal with. I know for a fact that other veterinarians bring their pets to see Dr. Ross when their pets are sick. The facility is beautiful, I never have to wait for an appointment. We are never rushed during an appointment and often get 30-40 minutes doctor's time. Simply a great experience.
