If you are looking for a clinic where compassion supercedes money--this is not the clinic. After being a good customer for 35 years I am sad to say I am taking my 20 cats elsewhere. I recently had to use the emergency afterhours clinic for one of my older cats that was in respiratory distress. The attending vet was one I was not I was familiar with and all I can describe the vet's handling of the situation as was inept. Granted the cat was flipping all over the place and I was stressed and little help. She complained of having no one to help her--seemed to be all thumbs as the cat went into a seizure and then cardiac arrest,during which she did not administer any drug or do much other than stand there. I left with a dead pet and thought she said no charge. 3 weeks later there was a charge of $150.00 of which I disputed. Refusing to pay the full amount and stating I would pull all my cats out of the practice. The owner of the clinic stated "that's a good idea." Great Business Sense
