I i've been in the animal hospital for 12 years and they always being really accommodating the doctors and their stuff. Dr. Juliana Tatzel Is a young doctor but she is excellent in her job. She's easy to talk to and understand, polite and inform great with the animals. Keep the good job young lady,I appreciate all your help. I recommend the hospital for anybody who needs it .??????????

My first experience here was to put my sweet ferret to sleep. Sadly I was heartbroken and disappointed that they wouldn't let me be with him when it was done. Any vet I've ever known always gives you the choice to stay with your pet. It makes me wonder why they wouldn't let me be with him. I've never heard of any vet keeping you from your baby at the end of their life. My poor little guy was with strangers at the end while I was left in a room to wait and that will forever haunt me. If the vet truly understood the bond we share with our pets she wouldn't have kept me from my little one in his last moment. So sad and disappointed.

I highly recommend going to Niagara Falls Animal Medical Center - not only are they amazing at what they do, but they are compassionate, caring, kind professionals who have nothing but your pets interest at heart. Dr Davis is exceptional - she also specializes in small animals, she has the biggest heart and will help and guide you through any medical issues with your pet, she is there every step along the way. This establishment is so accommodating and thoughtful!

I started coming to this clinic last year and have been very pleased with the exceptional service and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Mergl is not only genuinely empathetic, he is an outstanding clinician! The reception staff are always welcoming and kind - not typical of many busy veterinary clinics today.

The staff at this clinic are very professional and caring. We tell my dog he is going to doctors and he gets excited like he does when we take him to the park. May be alittle more pricy then some of them but you get what you pay for. When I have questions I call them and never hang up with any concerns. Keep up the good work we need more clinics like this one. Simon Family

I have used this clinic since they opened. My pets have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. ALL the staff are very compassionate and helpful. I would not go anywhere else.

Amazing vets!!! I had taken my dog to another vet clinic but one day I noticed her gums were white when she wasn't acting herself. I called my vets and they couldn't take us so I called this clinic. They Took me in as soon as I could arrive. They examined my dogs and did a blood test to help determine how she was doing and for diagnoses. She had jaundice, anemia, and a blood disorder. They told me my three treatment options and sent me home with how to deal with her over night and asked me to return in the morning. her Liver count had dropped dramatically over night they rushed her from my arms and had blood transfusions of red blood cells fed ex to them from Winnipeg. They called me with a update two hours later and said they ordered all the blood that was left from the blood donors in winnipeg which was 4 bags. Me and my dog had nothing but stellar care there and they were very fast acting and caring for the dog to save her. In that situation couldn't ask for a better vet.I still go

I have been brining my animals to this clinic for about 6 years now. I have seen Dr. Warren who I very much like! and also Dr.Gehring who is the ownwer of one of my dogs puppies. All the staff at this facility are very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful in any situation. I would highly reccomend bringing your pets here!

Dr. Susan Warren really cares about the animals. She does a thorough exam, offers many good suggestions and really works hard with pet owners to make sure that each animal gets the best health care possible. She phones owners when she is worried to check up and see how they are doing. She also returns phone calls promptly. She listens carefully to what pet owners are saying and explains things in simple terms or in greater detail for those that are medically knowledgeable.
