It's the worst animal hospital that you can take your pets. My dog got sick and was diagnose with cancer.Later she had surgery and my dog later got sick again but I called so many times and they told me they were too busy to help and attend my dog, I had to wait two-three days but by all of those times in which I called and made appointments my dog was unable to walk and had gotten worse.They took X-rays,they didn't know why my dog couldn't walk.My dog got worse, they gave us all this medications but they did not know what was wrong with her.They tried to send us to another animal hospital in which they send the information to another animal hospital to review the x-rays, we never received any information from hospital. There was a lot of negligence in this clinic.My dog got worse and had to be put to sleep,it took them almost an hour and a half to help us when no one was at the clinic,she was suffering and they were taking their time.

5/19/2012 - Personable and well educated doctor and staff. Truly cares for pets' needs. Honest, reliable, and affordable. My dog has been going here since 8/2008 for sick visit and routine vacs. Just started my 2nd (new) 2nd dog. Highly recommend.

I brought my dog to this clinic after he was bitten by another dog. I had called around 11am first and was told they had an opening at 3pm. After Dr. ONeil examined my dog, a tech came in with an estimate of diagnostic treatments including X Rays, blood work and flushing out the wound. Then I noticed I was being charged for an emergency fee. I wanted to discuss this with Dr. ONeil, but she would not come back in. I argued that my dog was bitten earlier and I waited for 4 hours for an appointment, so I should not have to pay for an emergency fee versus a regular fee. My husband came down to talk to the doctor and she threatened us to get out or she would call the police. Her demeanor changed, and she was very mean. I knew this vet hospital from their vaccine clinic, but I will never go back again. Also while I was in the exam room I could hear the staff complaining and Dr. ONeil yelling at her staff. That should have been my first clue to leave!

I love Adobe Animal Hospital! The treatment that my pet gets here is very good and that means a lot to me. Not only is the doctor exceptionally nice and efficient with the treatments, so is the staff.I recommend that if you are looking for a good vet to take your pet here. It has reasonable prices and I think you will like the treatment you will get here. The doctors name is Lori O'neil and I give her kudos for all that she has done for me and my pet.
