We already had a regular vet when our dog had a random nosebleed while at the PetSmart Groomers and ended up with Dr.Sherry next door taking care of her. I left the clinic after that unscheduled visit knowing that we were changing vets to Thickson Road. We have only been patients for a short while but in that time, we have gotten a puppy that they have taken such wonderful care of and given much needed advice on, have had to say goodbye to our oldest that the team helped us through with compassion, and figured out how to get our 9 year old arthritic senior up, moving and enjoying life again. Moving to Thickson Road has been the best decision we have made for our pets.

Staff is great. I"m less than thrilled about the prices - very high and tend to charge for everything. My pet has a recurring injury and from time to time, I must take my pet into the clinic. In doing so, it seems like it costs me $100 per visit and they want to come every week in order to properly clean things up. having called around, many clinics due a recheck after a waiting period of so many days. As nice as the people are, it's time i go to a fairer vet who understands that a recheck is just that. I will be switching vets the first chance I get.

We have an older cat, who is quite set in his ways, as people get in age. He was taken in with our new kitten, who unfortunately brought fleas to our house. The vet was great. She was gentle with both and let the two of them explore and become comfortable with the environment. They prescribe a medication and completely informed me of options for cheaper if I wanted. The staff took great interest in each and every animal that came in the clinic that day which I payed attention to. I brought the kitten in to be neutered and they gave me a call at work so I knew he was okay when it was over and eating and in good spirits, as the girls knew I was so worried about him. They take great pride in their service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANKS!!!

Very disappointed. I went here in an emergency situation because it had high ratings under previous vets, but I think the staff has changed. My 18 y.o. cat was in a crisis--wasn't eating, anorexic, and crashing. The vet, Sherry Ahluwalia, said she was already old, *probably* had chronic kidney disease, but never did any blood tests to diagnose what exactly was wrong. She didn't encourage me to try anything, and handed me a packet on euthanasia before I left. She said since the cat was 18 she had lived a long life, and that she had never had a cat live longer than 16. My cat completely crashed a couple days later and had to be euthanized. Later I learned there are vets who will encourage trying some treatments, IV fluids, stimulants, etc. and that cats can bounce back. This vet didn't encourage doing anything at all, just decided, based on age and crashing, that she had lived long enough. I should have gotten a second opinion. I won't be going to this vet again.

Staff is fantastic. All three Vets are amazing. No complaints with this clinic! They've even lowered some of their fees! Always have tests results in a flash, calls are always promptly returned. If staff doesn't know something, they'll find out and get back to you. These people care about your pet!

Initial visit was good, staff was pleasant and helpful. A little pricey but in line with the area. Received a follow-up survey about the hospital, which shows to me they are concerned with their customers and how to make their service better.

The reason why I went there, is because of this website and the ratings it got. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I found Dr. Brain Steele to be very thorough and friendly unlike some other vets. Would recommend others to go there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The doctors are very compassionate and understanding of each of my pets needs (I have 2 cats and 2 dogs). The clinic is always clean and accomadating. I always feel welcome going there and when I call for help or with a question they never make me feel stupid. I love the staff there.
