Click to report rating    5/29/16   5     5     5     5   My puppy friend Cosmo was "getting old" or so we thought. (He's 11). He had several infected teeth that required extraction, and a lesion on his tummy. Within a few days after the dental surgery, cleaning, and scaling, he started feeling well, and after a week my puppy was happy and energetic again. Dr. Andrus is an expert and a great surgeon. I'm proud to have her as Cosmo's doctor. So is Cosmo!!! RID: 60724
Click to report rating    4/8/16   1     1     1     1   I am sure she is a great person and the cat rescue is admirable, this review is based on her vet practice only. Our first big issue we had was the vet doubling him up on his rabies vaccine... (apparently his file was lost) which caused him to become very sick with diarrhea the day after. Recently we brought our cat and we were told he had fleas, worms AND a tape worm. (which is odd because we did not request testing....) We took our dog to another vet and he was deemed perfectly healthy, (no fleas, worms etc.) how two animals that live under the same roof don't BOTH have fleas is something I've never heard of. In saying this I am under the impression that this vet either over medicates in order to make more money or she is very unorganized and mixed up his file Either way it is unacceptable. Please seek care for your pet elsewhere, or if something doesn't seem right get a second opinion. RID: 60255
Click to report rating    8/8/15   1     1     1     1   BREANNE DAWSON ...most uncompassionate person I've met treating animals. She didn't know what was wrong with my cat after initial ex rays ,so she sent home with meds. and NEVER followed up again. It was up to us to keep calling for help and she never offered anything more than to take the cat somewhere else.she yelled the entire conversation with me about how many other cats she had looked at that day, and never listened once to how our cat was doing. OUR CAT CANNOT WALK AT ALL.May not mean a whole lot to anyone else including her,but to a paraplegic its DEVASTATING TO WATCH.By the way this clinic is NOT ACCESSIBLE and there are no plans after being there years to make it that way. BREANNE DAWSON seems like she is only pleasant with you if your pet is treatable by her,if she doesn't have a clue to what's wrong she tries to avoid anymore treatment and to the point of being rude and yelling at you until you go away....WOULD NOT TAKE A DEAD FLY HERE. Click to report rating    3/31/13   5     5     5     5   I have been going to see Dr.Susan since she opened in Wasaga. The clinic has always been clean and the service better than any others in the area. There is no smell other Medicine etc.. They went through a period where their cat rescue and shelter was over run with patients. The town of Wasaga said they would help as Dr. Susan and staff were, by default, acting as the local SPCA as no other clinic would help. Since their numbers are down the shelter is fantastic. Dr.Susan has the best "bedside manners" of any vet I've know over 40 years of pet ownership. Great location now too. RID: 41432
Click to report rating    3/7/13   5     5     5     5   Took my 11 week old puppy there. I found the staff friendly, informative and caring. The Veterinarian I saw (Susan) was informative, helpful and honest. I was not left waiting long. Other posters commented on a smell... I have yet to go into a Veterinary Clinic where there isn't a smell, it doesn't bother me. I am happy to go back! RID: 40901
Click to report rating    2/7/13   5     5     5     5   I found they are very honest and knowlegeable. And they never try to over charge or never try to find the reason they can charge.I found the vet has passion and care about animals more than fancy facility.I am very happy about them. This is from my experience. Click to report rating    8/16/12   2     1     2     2   The clinic was recently moved to new facilities and I was hoping they would keep the new place cleaner but the smell and dirt has migrated to the new location. I don't think I will go back again. RID: 36583
Click to report rating    1/3/12   1     3     1     1   Seems to be mostly a cat clinic but the smell put me off almost as much as the uncaring staff. It was not very busy the day I was there but they kept me waiting for an hour. The clinic is nice enough they just need to work a lot harder to keep it clean! RID: 30258
Click to report rating    6/5/11   5     5     5     5   Have been great with our dogs and cats and very kind caring and knowledgeable. All questions dealt with honestly and kindly RID: 25421
