Click to report rating    2/22/17   1     3     1     1   The experience was a nightmare. I have been to over 20 vets with my dogs and dogs I was or am really close to most all visits were do to a emergency. If your reading this get informed and realize that taking your love your partner your best friend to these vets is doing them all harm and no good. I have dogs I saved earlier in there lives and I have never taken them to a vet, 8 year old and a 4 year old and I have a 13 year old am staff .. my secret is I feed them real food(Wendy Volhard dog diet) no hard food no vacs no heart worm crap and they are healthy as they can be because I do get blood work done about once a year. These people are a joke they lie straight to your face and tell you your pet needs this shot or to take some medication for money not for health. It's all about the money and making your animal unhealthy, liver and kidneys are poisoned with these toxins. Food is the ONLY medicine, bringing them here it's animal abuse. Nothing can top how horrible this place is,nothin RID: 62788
Click to report rating    5/1/11   1     3     1     1   I brought my dog to them after being hit and they had missed diagnosed him. Long story short my baby had two dislocated hips, no internal bleeding that they wanted to jump into surgery for and maybe you guys shouldn’t have see through windows for exam rooms walls for the reason that if the vet would have put her hands on my dog during the exam I wouldn’t have left! I know you can learn a lot from looking at their color and breathing pattern but he was in pain not distress! Do an exam!! RID: 24742
Click to report rating    6/3/10   5     5     5     5   I visited them after my small dog was attacked by a large dog. Dr Chapnick (board certified surgeon) repaired his collapsed lung and torn trachea and saved his life. My vet said had we not gone to him my baby would have died. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I don't want to forget to mention how exceptional the staff was as well. The staff gives personal attention to each of the patient when the owners are not there. I saw this when I was visiting my little patient. The attending vet Dr. Susan Thomas spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my wife and I explaining everything that was going on with our little puppy. I highly recommend this group especially for emergencies. RID: 18228
