Can not say enough good things about Black Creek. Kind,compassionate staff. State of the art facility with large exam rooms. NEVER feel rushed. Really great ppl. Dr. Deb, Dr. Kristy, Angel and the rest of the crew. Competitively priced, but its the service and care for your animal that sets Black Creek above the rest......by a mile!

I have been with BC since my boy was a wee pup and now he is a big boy of 6. I have to say he would not be laying right beside me now if it wasn't for the execellent care at BC. He has had a liver shunt, luxattibg patella, and collapsing trachea diagnosis and I am so happy we caught everything. Dr Deb and Dr Kristy have both looked after him and I always feel they took time to be very sweet and comforting to my guy when he was nervous. However, what I feel is very becoming of BC is their consideration and respect as they always double check costs/charges despite me having insurance. The front reception there is excellent- I think the manager is Maxine. I find that is very honest and I trust them- highly recommend if you want your pet treated by the best.

For almost nine years, Dr. Deb has given my pets the very best treatment for the most reasonable prices. As a young mother she fully understands the value of a dollar and never tries to overcharge on unneeded procedures. Definitely the best animal hospital in Acton to go to. The hospital is very clean and modern and is wheelchair accessible. Other vets are on staff here but take my advice; ask to see Dr. Deb.

I finally found a great vet hospital and I'm sticking here for life! My pets, young and old, have been seeing Dr. Deb for years, but I will gladly let them see Dr. Kristy and Dr. Duckworth anytime too. What a fabulous group of vets they have here! Try them out, you won't be sorry. They don't try and push unnecessary treatments either and are money concious; ie) they aren't out to bleed you dry!!

Dr. Debbie saved me both money and heartache when my little guy had a nasty case of pancreatis. I wouldn't trust any other vet office than here. The lady and the front answered all my questions even though I'm sure I mustve been a real pain LOL

I don't know what's going on with this clinic!! Where are the vets that started up the place. I don't know any of these people!! I'm going back to an old, but FAMILIAR, vet.

Fantastic new vet clinic. Dr. Debbie is such a pro - I am so impressed! Usually vets as young as her need some seasoning but not her. She's as professional and caring as old time country doctors used to be. It's hard to find such a natural with pets but come here and you'll find one.

I went and saw Dr. Deb and I can't believe how much she has changed since she started her own clinic. I used to feel that she wanted what was best for my pets. And now all she wants to do is run all the tests she can think of without giving me all of the prices. I think now all she cares about is the money and my pets second.

It's hard to find a good vet that makes both you and your animal feel comfortable. Dr. Debbie was fantastic with my cat and very quick to diagnose and treat him. She advised me only on truly needed procedures and did not once make me feel pressured. One of the best!

YAY! Dr. Deb is back with her very own clinic - thank goodness! She is our super-rabbit savvy vet (formerly of Acton Veterinary Clinic) and we have been going to her for years. We are so happy to be able to see her again - not to mention excited for her and Dr. Jones and their brand new clinic! We love Dr. Deb, she is such a great vet. Very friendly staff, brand new facilities and great value too! We come all the way from Mississauga just to see her.
