Click to report rating    6/30/20   1     3     3     1   Dr. Gruber misdiagnosed our cat with Heart and Lung cancer. They wanted to euthanize her, I refused. Went to another Vet, turns out the cat had a cracked rib. They refunded me however I filed a complaint with the State since I think they were trying to scam me with bogus X Ray. Never offered an explanation or apology. These are the worst kind of people imaginable. RID: 69356
Click to report rating    9/5/16   1     3     1     1   waited 7 hours, then they wanted us to come back another time instead!!then got wrong medication Only realized the medication was wrong after a day. Be very very careful there. RID: 61502
7/29/13   1     2     1     1   Horrible experience. Waited an hour to see the nurse with one person there before me. Another hour to talk to the vet again and then and hour and a half for the nurse to come back.In the end they told me I wasn't feeding my pet properly and gave me a supplement for him to eat. I told him I have been offering him every food I can think of already and asked what if he won't eat the supplement. They asked "why wouldn't he eat it? Because he won't eat anything morons! Waste of time and money. RID: 45933
Click to report rating    11/1/10   3     2     1     1   i brought my dog there, he had pancretis and was told by the vet i might want to put him down! I was thinking you'd better save his life. it's a good thing i didn't listne to them he pulled through fine. by the 3 day they asked me to take him home. When i got my kitten she was not responsive and kept vommiting they took her in the back. it took 4 hours to see the vet and they wanted to charge us about 3000.00 dollars to give her some needs and leave her there. i asked them just to give her fulids under her skin. and we brought her home. and within the hour drive she was back to her normal self. it's a good thing i didn't listne to them. i could of had my dog put down for no real reason and waste thousands of dollars for nothing. what a wast of my time RID: 20597
Click to report rating    6/6/10   5     5     5     5   I brought my dog to this hospital many times.Champy passed away this week. They took great care of him. Very effective, fast and diagnosed correctly unlike somerset vet who totally misdiagnosed my dog. Animerge knows what they are doing and have been so kind! RID: 18267
Click to report rating    4/10/10   5     5     5     5   Dr. Newton saved my dog's life. I would use them as my regular vet but they are an emergency hospital only. They are expensive but they are worth the money. RID: 17472
Click to report rating    10/26/07   5     5     3     4   I have brought my animals here several times. As an emergency hospital, the prices are higher than I would like and there is often a wait. However, we were able to get our animal cared for when we had no where else to go and the animal care was excellent. RID: 6246
