Click to report rating    6/5/10   2     3     2     1   The doctor and staff actually seemed really nice. However, I picked up my cat after a de-claw which ended up costing almost $800. Her eye was jacked up and they said she scratched her own eye, which was odd because she didn't have claws. They said maybe cat litter scratched it, which is odd because they said she shouldn't use cat litter for a week. Upon pick up, there were no pain meds or patch for her (as had been provided with my previous experience at other vets after this type of operation) but they said she wasn't in pain and didn't need it. The cat and I were up all night. She was shaking her paws and crying, and peed the bed. I called the emergency # on this Vet's voicemail, and the doc I got said she didn't have access to the file, wouldn't call in a pain med, but said I could bring her in for $150. I called when they opened the next morning at 8 a.m. and requested pain meds for her. They said they would call back and, three hours later, have not done so. RID: 18259
