excellent service for what we needed for our dog. our basset hound had a nasty bump on its back and she managed to secure our dog, removed the infection from that bump and reassured us with simple comments and courtesy. we were afraid that we would have to fight it off with the dog to get that bump on its back verified and cleaned off... every was done within 30 minutes. great job and Miss Camire did phone us back for the result of the analysis of that infection within 24hrs. J'ai vu cette vétérinaire pour une euthanasie d'urgence. Conclusion: elle manque totalement de professionnalisme!!! Tout d'abord, j'avais demandé d'endormir mon animal au gaz l'injection pour euthanasie: elle a oublié d'ouvrir le gaz et tenait l'animal avec le masque en passant des commentaires comme quoi il était "tannant" (normal il se faisait écraser le nez dans un masque plein d'oxygène au lieu de se faire endormir!). Je lui ai dit 4-5 fois que ce n'était pas normal et j'ai presque dû crier après pour qu'elle arrête et aille corriger son erreur. Ensuite elle a eu de la difficulté à faire son injection et s'est reprise par deux fois. Finalement, moins de 2 minutes après la mort de mon animal, elle m'a dit que son amie avait eu une portée récemment et que si je voulais un animal de remplacement, elle me donnerait le numéro de son amie. La pire euthanasie de ma vie... Vraiment, elle ne mérite pas le nom de docteur!
