MALPRACTICE! I spent over $10,000 at this place over a couple of months for them to do all kinds of procedures and diagnostics on my young cat to figure out what is wrong with her. The last visit they said they were going to put her under and perform two procedures. The doctor called me after and said she did fine, confirmed they did both procedures, gave me results. I picked my cat up and was told the same info and given take home instructions. Then five days later they kept calling me to bring my cat in to do one of the same procedures, claiming she never had it done. I can't get any answers on what procedures were actually performed, what I paid for, or anything. So I don't even know if there is something wrong with my cat that I should be worried about because I have no idea what they checked, and neither do they! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET DON'T STEP FOOT IN THIS FOUL SMELLING PLACE! AND IF YOU DO, GUARD YOUR POCKETBOOK!!
