They just want your money, that's it. I used to take my cat here, but no longer. I do not take my ferrets here either. They are rude, and very unprofessional. When one of my ferrets died and I had to get it cremated, I did it at this facility. However they made the whole situation more unpleasant. It was all about money for them, not how you feel, or how they treat your animals remains. Sick rude horrible people. All they care about is how their clinic looks; and yes the curb appeal is amazing, but that's about it.

being a groomers i have heard horror stories of other vets and from my own experience piper olson is a very compassionate and knowlegable facility and the staff and the vets go way out of their way for both clients and their pets. their prices are considerably reasonable compared to others and their services outways any other facility. i would never trust my pets with anyone else and i've been going there for over 15 years and they have always been there for my animals whenever they needed to be seen without costing me a fortune. i'll never forget when i had to put one of my dogs done doctor olson came in a sunday, his day off to to help me through this rough time and you'll NEVER find a more compassionate and dedicated vet like him, he's just one of a kind, words cannot express the gratitude i felt for him helping me out that day. piper olson is #1 in my book!!!!

Unprofessional, rude, Money hungry, and awful vet. i took my dogs there for what i said was an ear infection they never checked the ear and said they were fine left with a $300 for just being seen. went to another vet found out they both had an inner ear infection

Had to tell them to scan the body of an abandoned dog that was hit by car to see if it was micro-chipped... They were told four times in a 20 hour period. When I went to collect his body, they STILL hadn't scanned him for a chip, AND it took ages for them to even locate the body. WTF?? Last night a friend took in the female that was abandoned along with the male for a check up and a rabies vaccine. Friend suspected she might be expecting because the teats had gotten larger since being captured. Vet assure my friend there were no pups, couldn't feel anything. Then proceeded to vaccinate her for Rabies, Distemper, and admnister Bordatella. No puppies... REALLY??? Then why did she give birth to EIGHT puppies last night, 24 hrs after being at the vets. Those vaccines put this poor old pregnant dog in premature labor, 2 died and 3 of the remaining 6 are so premature they might not make it. Is THIS the kind of vet you want to take your beloved pet to. NO THANK YOU!!!
