My healthy puppy the age of 7 months died because of their negligence. I told them that I thought he swallowed something and they assured me that they didn't think he did. they ran tests for pancreas, did blood work, wanted to test for parvo and giardia (on a vaccinated pup) told me I shouldn't waste my money on xrays, meanwhile my puppy had not eaten or hardly drank anything under their care in 5 days, we were in that office everyday for 4 days, they then finally took the xray (which they tried to push off another day) and sent me to another emergency animal hospital where when he arrived he was completely dehydrated. they did surgery to find that he was septic, the item he swallowed tore his intestines (2 feet) and the toxins were draining in his body. He could not be saved. Banfield did not even call to say they were sorry for my loss. do not take your pet there! they want to test for everything else but the problem.
