Sad day bring my old cat in to evaluate its medical condition. Dr Clair was everything I needed today. Prompt at testing and assessing cats condition. I was informed the test results medical problems and needed treatment. Thanks. Dr. Clair.

This clinic has by far the best customer service I've experience in the human and animal medical field. You get what you pay for!!! If you want consistency, value, and genuine care, I would highly suggest this clinic.

I dont believe it, we should have read this review. When we have my cat with his kidney, they advised us to have operration with 1200 but no guaranties, he still died. We decided not let him to had painful operation and still die. he died quitely at home. This vet does not care. Now I have my little dog in and the cost for bad teeths pulling out is 2600. Can any one believe it? They really overcharged. I am looking for better and reasonable vet. Note They were the one to advise us with the food for my dog, and still have to pull the teeth out with 2600 charged

I’ve moved to Chestermere recently from SW Calgary and decided to bring my two cats to the vet clinic across the street from my place for annual exam. Just to clarify – 12 and 8 years old cats and they have had regular exams and treatments meticulously done at Signal Hill clinic. Boy, Oh, boy!!! What a price! On top of that they tried to convince me that my younger cat needed to have some teeth out for no reason and it would cost me the amount of my monthly mortgage. No way, better drive a little bit and see an honest man than another gold digger.

Staff had been dedicated to the care and comfort of my "senior" best friend. After my best friend and companion passed I was touched by the flowers and card that Gabby and company sent to me and my family. I was and still am, "touched" that after my companion passed, they followed up with compassionate care to me and my family in our time of grief.

The stuff and vet were very friendly ,and most caring.I called to find a price for neutering two dogs and the price was ridiculous. The vet was awesome but I don't think I should b paying that much to support her lifestyle. I choose a vet incalgary with exceptional ratingsp,price was reasonable and the treatment of my dogs was just as good.

This vet mis-diagnosed my dog. She would be dead, if is did not get a different opinion. Congestive heart failure is not a weird or unusual diagnosis for an old dog, but requires very different meds to a ‘collapsed trachea’!

My dog was suffering from cancer, it was a battle to get her meds. for the weekend. She passed away that same weekend never heard from the vet. My dog had been going there her whole life.

They charged me 25.00 just for a nail trim during his annual exam ...my old Calgary vet did this for free!

I "cheated" on my regular vet because he's in NW Calgary and the Chestermere Vet Clinic is more convenient, however, they are clearly interested in taking advantage of people who love their pets. I was quoted $1200 to get my dog's teeth cleaned with a minimum of 4 teeth pulled. I sheepishly took my dog back to our regular vet who cleaned his teeth, no extractions necessary for $400. I've heard many people complain about their inflated prices and unnecessary tests.

Great vet, she was very caring for my pet- the atmosphere in the clinic was good, and I was glad that they carried the special food that I needed for my dog! I would recomend chestermere for sure!!!

The staff are excellent with your pets. Technicians and Doctors always follow up with you right away, even the day after prescribing medication just to see if your pet is taking it ok. Prices are comparable to most vet clinics, but value is better. Received a comfort care package with free services for doing blood work (free tattoo, nail trim, ear cleaning and anal glands) when booked my dog for a neuter. They really want to do what is best for your pet.
