We have had a dog and cat cared for by Dr King since 2013. When our beloved dog passed they were so caring and thoughtful. They let us spend time with her and sent a sympathy card plus a donation to the Farley Fund. We couldn't have been more impressed unlike the previous vet we went to in Brooklin. These people care. Dr King is still taking care of our cat. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else and highly recommend them.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Drs. King, Mason and their staff. Our dog Izzy was a patient at this clinic for 11 years. She hated being there but the doctors and staff were always caring and patient with her that I believe she was almost looking forward to her yearly check ups the last couple of visits. We recently had to put her down after being diagnosed with cancer. As hard as it was for us to hear the news I could see it was just as hard for Dr. King to give it to us. We will always be thankful for the care she gave Izzy and very much appreciate the kind and genuine caring words after she was gone.

I am not impressed with the way this operation is run. It seems to me that this is a big money making business. On two occasions I've been called in for appointments after my pet was just recently in. The result of this is an additional hefty fee, when the vaccine could have been done when I was in just weeks before. When I mentioned changing her food, they called me in for an appointment to discuss it to tell me I was right, then charged me a rediculus amount of money. I don't feel like they know me, or my pet, otherwise they wouldn't take advantage of their clients.

Everyone at this vet clinic is so kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. We have had our dog Hershey fo 12 years now and Tim Mason and Hayley King became our vets back in 2011. They are an incredible team and have provided tremendous care for her. As well, they are honest and when asked for their honest opinion as the course of treatment, I can count on them 100% of the time and trust them implicitly. Kristin and Brittany are wonderful as well and very easy to talk to, a real asset to their team.

Love the Doctors and staff. Susan who I talk with to book appointments is a true gem. The techs are so sweet and the doctors know their stuff.My dog drags me in, she's happy to visit.

My experience wasn't great. The vets they seemed to be good but they were not honest with my wife and I. I felt they care more about making money.

I used to be an employee there for almost 5 years before I moved. I can tell you for a fact I would not have stayed there if the staff, and vets were not funny, friendly, and caring. Everyone there takes pride in their work, and in the way the clinic looks. They care deeply about their patients. Is not one person there I wouldn't consider a friend, and would recommend this clinic to everyone. My advice if you want the best care for your furry family member then this is the clinic for you. I will miss everyone there a lot.

I have been taking my dog to this clinic since I got her 6 years ago. I have always been treated respectfully and fully informed of costs and various plans of action to treat my dog. The staff are friendly and well informed. My dog gets excited walking in the door. Owning a dog is expensive. Maybe some of these complainers should have done some research before becoming a dog owner. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to animals.

I really like this clinic, the staff are always friendly and very professional. They clearly care for all the animals that are brought in. I do not find them pushy in any way, which I have experienced in the past. I would recommend this clinic.

As a client & employee of Brock Street Animal Hospital I find it very unfortunate that much of the negativity here is directed to the locum doctors that have filled in at this clinic for our regular doctors when they were on much needed vacations - a husband and wife team which need vacations just like the rest of us! It is difficult to find help that represent the standards and morals we have in our office. Having worked at and utilized several other local vet clinics I can testify that we have probably one of the cleanest practices around and have been told that on several occasions by different clients. I pride myself on keeping the office clean and each staff member is assigned to an area to clean. Granted it cannot be 100% spotless all the time due to the patients we see, it is overall a very clean office. I fully stand behind Dr. Mason and Dr. King and could not have worked here for 10 years if I didn't believe in the medicine they practice.

I have been a client of Brock St. Animal Hospital since my chocolate Lab was a puppy. That was 11 years ago. In June, I had to say my final goodbye to Mav and all of the staff were there to support me as I had to make the most difficult decision all pet owners must at some point. Dr. Tim Mason, as always, explained the entire process, stayed with me through it all, and let me take as much time to say that goodbye as I needed. Maverick was a rambunctious boy from the start, ate everything he could get into his mouth and had a number of health issues during his too-short lifetime. With each new health problem, I was always assured and comforted knowing that Mav would get the care and treatment he needed from this clinic. Dr. Mason and each staff member (Mandy, Susan, Kristi, Susan, Melissa, Cecilia and Dr. Hayley King) have always made sure that I got an appointment and the right care when needed. So much so that I am now an active client again with the adoption of Guinness to my family.

This clinic has supported our two dogs and one cat since 2004. They are first rate. They made many follow-up phone calls at no charge. Dr. Tim Mason did substantial research when our golden doodle ad a persistent ear infection, never charged me for this time. He didn't hesitate to refer us to a specialist ear doctor at the approprite time.now that was expensive! There kindness was beyond bounds in care for our elderly, blind, arthritic Lab. Dr. King provided him with medication to keep him comfortable and compassionately supported us and our beloved pet through the final kindness of euthanasia.These are very fine veterinarians and I recommend them without hesitation

I love Brock street and have been going there for 3 years now. I find all the bad comments hard to believe. The staff have always been amazing and make you feel like you are their only client. My pets are all taken care of and they respect all my decisions. My dogs practically drag me in the door they are so happy to see everyone. I recommend everyone to go there. It's unfortunate some people have had a bad experience. Hard to believe. I have great respect for everything the clinic does to provide excellent healthcare for pets.

I would avoid this place at all costs. My dog needed surgery, and not only did they do the surgery incorrectly, they charged me to fix it(which they also did incorrectly) I ended up at a different vet and had to pay them to fix everything. Unfortunately a terrible experience.

I brought my new puppy into see Dr King. She and the staff were so nice and helpful. Dr King spent a good 1/2 hour answering all my questions. I was given a puppy pack and a toy, and my puppy had the shots needed and was spoilt by the staff. I thought they were very professional, knowledgable and extemely friendly. I will definately be sending my family and friends there.

I am the owner of a bulldog puppy, for anyone who knows bulldogs knows that they have many health concerns. 3 days after getting my puppy we noticed she had worms. Brock St Vet is just up the street from my house so we gave them a shot. My first couple visits were great, we were seeing the male vet (there are two at this clinic), he kept us very informed, he seemed to have alot of knowledge on illnesses and medications. He identified the illnesses & perscribed meds accordingly. 3 weeks later I go in for our follow up, the time I'm seeing the female vet. She was beyond RUDE. Spoke down to me, made me feel like an unfit pet owner, told me that what her colleague perscribed us was wrong. She then personally insulted me in our puppy's records. Needless to say, I will not return there, I will not recommend them. I am now at a vet clinic in Brooklin and its amazing. I feel like Brock St was perscriding all different meds (5 in total) knowin that none of them would work 100%, total cost $712

The staff is amazing- always friendly and knowledgeable. When I first got my puppy I was like a paranoid mother and they answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Dr.Morris is great! Always explaining my options in detail. There was a time when my puppy was ill and she personally called my house the next day to check up on her and to my surprise she even called again two days later. I love how kind and caring everyone is at this clinic!
