Unless you spend a lot of money there, they don't really give a damn. It used to be the "PLACE" to take your pet but now it's all about money.I thought that these DVM's swore under an oath like regular doctors do but they will let a little animal suffer just because it doesn't bring them in enough money. Don't waste your time with these people especially Dr. Radcliffe. The horse's ass so to speak that ran that business into the ground. We have been taking our family pets there for approximately 30 plus years and unless you plan on being bilked out booku bucks on a stupid diagnosis that you already knew...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOUR PET DESERVES QUALITY CARE
