The negligence of Michele Smith and her staff at this 29th Avenue Animal Hospital in Stapleton killed my dog. In her care she escaped from her kennel and out the back door, only to be hit by a car. The kennel door was broken and two feet from the back door, where my dog exited when a vet tech came throught the door. Who takes their dog to the vet and gets a call that their dog was hit by a car under your vet's care? Isn't this supposed to be a safe and secure place? DON'T take your pets there, I saw the back room and was astonished at the broken kennel, unsecure environment, and overall negligence. This should have never happened and Michele and her staff should not be allowed to have a practice. What a tragedy. Please share this story so others will not take their pets to 29th Animal Hospital in Denver.
