We have sadly moved away from North Carolina but our multitude of pets saw Dr. Pinney for several years. He is hands down the most caring and competent vet I have ever met. He really does care for the animals first and foremost, yet maintains a really common sense approach so you never feel like procedures/meds are being recommended just so they can generate business. I absolutely recommend this clinic to anybody in the area.

Dr. Pinney and Dr. Barnt are incredible veteriniarians. They treat you pets as if they were their own.
