Tried to get my small dog in to have his teeth cleaned. Was told this was not possible without paying $85 for a preinspection. This is just to have a look at the teeth. Just another rip off. Look very carefully at what these people are going to charge you compared to other places before doing any business with them.

We have been taking a rescue dog that we got in July to this veterinary clinic and have spent thousands of dollars having him fixed(didn't take x-rays,has spondolitis and they cracked a vertebra),a urinary tract infection cured?,told he has Kidney Disease, had to purchase their food( he gained 30 lbs in 2 months), has been on prednisone twice, has been living on Codeine and Gabapentin since Sept. I called the vet and made an appt for 9:40 today (Jan.19/18) and was 10 minutes late, my dog can hardly walk (160 lbs) and has a lame back left leg with a swollen hock..so getting him in and out of the car is very hard (almost impossible). I was turned away ..told to make another appt time. I almost started crying and ask if he could just look quickly seeing they had moved everyone up a half hour, was told no! I would not recommend any of these vets or their office to anyone...run as fast as you can to a competent veterinary office, thousands of dollars...to be turned away!

it never fails. no one knows how to create a thorough review chart. anyhow, it doesn't surprise me in this case because the staff don't know anything about customer service either. short story: i took my dog there several weeks ago. was looked after very well by everyone. since that day, i have been working literally 7 days a week. no time to drop in to get prescription re-filled. today at 5:15 i called hoping to find them open. they were open. however the person at the desk informed me that if i didn';t make it in within 15 minutes they would close.i asked if they wouldn't wait 2 or 3 minutes for me to which i was told that i had a bad attitude. there is more to the story than this but there is never enough space in these reviews to tell the full story. businesses spend lots of money advertising in search of new clients when all they have to do is take care of the ones they have and word of mouth will do the rest. well, you lost me as a result. u should learn to ask questions. u judge

A little more expensive than the last clinic I used but I don't feel like they are always up selling me. The vets and staff answer my questions and explain everything well. The staff is very kind to my timid dogs, they handle them as low stress as they can while still having to get the work done. Overall, a great clinic.

My first experience at this clinic was extremely positive. Our 19 year old cat was very sick and in obvious pain. Expecting the worst we took him there. We were treated very kindly and promptly. It turned out that our cat had a very treatable condition and is now happily back to his usual self. All the staff were excellent and very helpful and treated our cat with nothing but kindness and gentleness. I would certainly take my pets there in the future.

Dr. Nixon kindly told me that my 10 year old dog did not nave a cataract on his only eye as I thought, but a condition called pannus & is treatable with medication (drops 2 x daily). He lost his other eye after a car hit him, so retaining sight in his eye is very important. Thank you Grant & we'll find a way to deal with the oral issues as soon as I'm able to. We were traveling on holiday in Penticton when our dog required minor veterinary care for a skin infection. We called the clinic and our dog was seen that day by Dr Kopp. He has a very nice manner with nervous dogs and our dog received quick and reasonable care.

Very good clinic. Professional and knowledgable doctors, who really care about their patients. Reasonably priced. As a dog breeder with multiple dogs, I highly recommend this clinic over and above all other clinics in the Penticton area.

I have been taking my pets here for the last 7 years and have been impressed and appreciative of the care my animals have received. Dr Nixon, Dr Kopp and all the staff have been compassionate and kind and have been forthright in their diagnosis and quotes for services. Dr Nixon recently went over and above the call of duty in the care of one of my animals. I would, and often do. highly recommend them to anyone.

The vet here was able to diagnose my cat's ideopathic cystitis, treat his battle scars and various maladies along the way. Not only that, but we're always made to feel like more than "just patients"

I had a very pleasant experience at this vet office. The staff and doctors were caring and knowledgable. I asked around before deciding on a vet for my precious pets and everyone recommended this place and now I see why!
