I've shopped around and they have the best prices that are taking clients. The floors are worn but it's been open forever so it's expected.

BEWARE!!! The absolute worst vet. The main vet of this hospital should have his license taken away. One night, after hours, I had an emergency and they were the only vet on call and I had no other choice but to put my trust in them. The vet seemed annoyed that he was called in. He refused to let me wait in the waiting room while he checked my cat. He told me to leave. I stayed in the parking lot and watched him immediately shut the lights off in the hospital. Minutes later, he drove away, abandoning my pet. I called and reported him. The next morning he lied to me and told me he worked on my cat all night but could not save him and handed me a huge bill. This happened a number of years ago when the pet hospitals rotated being on call. I've been wanting to tell my story for a long time. I will never get over what happened that night.

Please don't bring your pets here if u care about them....they all just seem to die...& that was my experience!!Belleville is in Need of Amazing Vets who are full of compassion & are able to speak with the owners of these beloved animals, instead of hiding under his staff!!! I normally do not leave bad reviews, however this one was absolutely necessary!! PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS

Place is dirty and I wasn't allowed to see the boarding facilities. I believe my dog was misdiagnosed. I spent a lot of money trying to make a dog better when there was no hope to begin with. Dropped hints to the staff but they had little to say. I will never go there again.

Dr Burns does care deeply for animals as does his staff. I made 3 emergency trips in the middle of the night with 3 different cats and he had to go there and meet me and was kind and compassionate

Have used this clinic for many years. The vet techs go above and beyond and the vet has done an excellent job of caring for my many pets through the years. Not as modern as some clinics but the level of care is much better than in some of the fancier places.

I take my dogs there for their shots and to board, they love it, they always jump out of the car to run into the building. Never had any issues and I think the staff is great.

Can't diagnose worth a darn. Just a business to make money, Stay far away from this place. Outdated equipment) 20 year behind AND QUITE DIRTY.

I took my cat here and dr. Burns injected him with an antiviral to combat an infection we got from the humane society..he then gave him his feline lukemia and another needle..I brought Bud home and he began to shake, throw up..it was horrible. I immediately went back to the vet and he had to give him yet another needle cuz all the stuff he gaVe Bud reacted together. Burns then started on me saying it was my fault! What!? He told me to go home but pay before I leave..I laughed in his face and told him what he could do with his pay. I never paid and he never called me to get it..horrible horrible vet! If u trulycare for ur pet..DO NOT BRING IT THERE!

This place is dirty & smells awful. My dog was diagnosed with a large tumor & it was suggested she be put down then & there. That was 2 years ago & she still runs up & down the stairs & shows no signs of being in distress. She is now 12+

i rated this here as i took my cat here, it ate tinsel and he stayed there for 2 days and on sat dec 3 i brought him home upon leaving the vets office the vet told me that ny cat could have a bladder infection(no medication given to my cat so i took him home he was severely dehydrated in which i began to feed him with an eye dropper he just layed around on the bed, tried to contact the oncall vet and they asked me why he wasnt on intravenious and told me they could inject water under the skin but i couoldnt afford the prices so i watched my 1 yr old cat moan in pain and watched as his young life went away, i believe dr bob burns made a bad call in judgement here and for that i buryied my cat this morning FAMILY SAD IN BELLEVILLE ONT :(

We had our dog put down a few years ago. The vet was busyso we had to wait 45 minutes. His helper asked if we would like her to do it. We agreed thinking she had done this before. It took 4 needles and he was still alive but bleeding and crapping all over the place. My wife was crying and I was about to blow a gasket. The vet came in after he was finished with his phone call. He gave Schroeder his last needle and finally had peace. I miss him even after all these years.
