Dr. Evelyn Sharp, My Personal Vet (license #12442) abandoned my dog Dani's care Nov. 2014 during a critical health crisis and then refused to send her medical records for over 2 years to Pacific Veterinary Specialist, our new veterinarian, the California Veterinary Medical Board or myself as required by law.
Dr. Sharp had been my veterinarian for over 15 years, first at Creekside Veterinary Hospital and then with My Personal Vet. Dr. Sharp was my dog Dani's veterinarian for 9 1/2 years, Dani's entire life, up until Dr. Sharp abandoned her care. I entrusted Dr. Sharp with my kids care. My mistake.
Dr. Evelyn Sharp, My Personal Vet (license #12442) has been issued a citation (8/7/2015) by the California Veterinary Medical Board for refusing to send my dogs medical records as she is legally required. You can check your rights as a consumer of veterinary services and check on license's here: California Veterinary Medical Board vmb.ca.gov. She has been issued a second citation 11/27/20
