This clinic is under the new management and they are great .Staff is helpful and caring.I was using their vets at their different location in langley at Thunderbird animal hospital and now that they have a new place closer to my house I go there.I show and breed scottish fold cats and Dr Singh and Dr Sharma are very helpful and I never leave feeling taken advantage of like I had with other vets. I highly recommend them and both their offices

this clinic is under the new management and is awesome.Staff is helpful and caring.I have been seeing these vets at their different location at Thunderbird animal hospital and now that they have a new place closer to home I really appreciate less driving time to get there.Both vets Dr Singh and Dr Sharma are very nice and very caring.They have saved my animals on numerous occasions and Im very great full ! I have 2 dogs and 4 cats.

The new management of this hospital is wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Makes my pet and myself more at ease. I like what they've done to the windows. Much much nicer and professional. I was hesitant going back to this Hosp but I'm glad I gave them a chance. Prices are great and they gave me an estimate which I signed before they treated my dog.That way no surprises fees and my dog is doing much better now.

Great clinic with awesome staff...so friendly and so helpful. EVERYONE introduced themselves and made me feel at home. I have a scared anxious little dog Cricket and this was the fist time she wasn't scared at the vet and even wagged her tail, licking the staff after getting her vaccines. Highly recommend you to go here, I am very happy. 2 paws up for these guys!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this clinic when owned by Dr.Bassi Loved him and Christy. Now Thunderbird owns it and i dont love it anymore. I will be looking for a new vet. The girls dont even say who you are calling they say only hello when you call the clinic is run down hill now that Dr.Bassi has left they will loose half his clients and Christy being fired because new owners didn't want her was a mistake. They should have kept her as she knew that clinic and all the clients their loss. I hope she finds something better. They would have done good to keep her I will not go anymore when I walked in there it was all new staff and all rearranged too much change in one day if you ask me it made my dog feel scared and out of place. Having Christy there Bella would have been calm but they let the best part of that clinic go. Shame on them SHame on the clinic it is not same anymore. Dr.Bassi where did you and Christy go??

Called this "vet" because my dog had hot spots. Was told it would only be $145 for some cream and the exam, they ended up charging me $250 and then denying they even spoke to me over the phone. WAS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD!!

Dr.Bassi is an excellent vet been seeing him for 6months with my cat trixi he even let me pay half and other half when I got payed which im very grateful for,and thanks to him her skin so far is a lot better :) I highly recommend this vet

Great vet and office staff.Very caring when our dog was dying of cancer last year. Dr Basi told us there was nothing they could do for him, he said he could operate, but the odds of him living through an operation were slim to nil. You hear so many horror stories of people getting ripped off by vets, not Dr Basi, he said take him home and love him for the short time he had left. Unfortunately he died 2 weeks later. They were very compationate and helped us during this very sad time. The girl in the office was crying with us. We now have a new puppy, the first place we took her was to Dr. Basi for a check up and shots.He has since spayed her, we felt she was in very good hands.

I only visited this clinic because I was looking for a good vet, and it's within walking distance of our house. We decided against it pretty quickly. I wasn't impressed with the facility at all: it's just a small store-front. There was nobody else in the clinic: the vet did not come out even to say "hi" when we indicated we were looking for a vet. Really, if you want business, sometimes you have to make a bit of an effort. The name of the clinic put me off as well. Why name a clinic after the road it's on? What if they move to a different area - will they rename the clinic after the new road? (I only added ratings for each line because it won't let me submit the review without them. I'm rating only the staff/facilities: we didn't bring our dog in.)

Dr. Bassi is a very good doctor. He is kind and patient and works hard to take proper care of our pets. Everyone has an opinion, but you only hear one side from each experience mentioned. Give the girl in the office a break, it's a busy clinic and sometimes dealing with the public is not easy. I will continue coming here and recommending my friends do the same- my experiences here have all been positive.

it is odd that they would help with money situations for some people. When I had my 17 year old cat in for kidney failure, the receptionist (the new one) very abruptly asked me for a deposit. Then when things did not work out and I had to euthanise her, I was asked to pay up front and the receptionist did not credit me for my deposit. It was only when I got home that I realized that I paid 748.00 for a 1.5 day stay. I have NEVER not paid, and am a frequent customer with 2 dogs. We really like Dr, Bassi and it is too bad that this one receptionist was so blunt. We continue to go there but try to avoid the one (and only) poor receptionist. She is the one with the facial piercings. I did get credited for my "deposit", but had to make a special trip in to get it. Overall, good prices and my dogs like it there.

Do not go to this vet! He is only interested in money. I went here with my older puppy because I found some bumps inside her mouth. Vet took one quick look and said they would need to be surgically removed which would cost about $500. I felt very uneasy about the visit, so did some quick research on the computer at home to find that every site said the same thing- that they will disappear on their own in about a week and that the bumps are very common with puppies due to an immature immune system- so of course they totally cleared up on their own a week later! How can a trained professional vet not know that?

Dr Bassi is an amazing vet. Always there when needed and always resonsible with prices. He always has the patience to listen to us tell him what our dog does and lets us tell him what he feel is happeneing and if we agree with his diagnostics. He doesnt just push us to take medicine home if not necessary. I do however miss Christy she was the best staff member even gave me her cell when Dexter was in serious trouble and I could call and check on him knowing she was in and out of clinic to look in on him. She was the most friendliest staff ever. I hope he gets her back. His clinis isnt same without her. New girl not so friendly and her look doesnt fit with his clinic. I feel a little nervous with Dexter around her but I trust Dr Bassi so I continue to go. Dr.Bassi if you ever read these you are an amazing vet and get Christy back PLEASE!! Dexter will forever thank you.. Keep up the amazing job.

I will NEVER recommend this vet. I am on a fixed income and my indoor cat got ear mites. So I called in and asked for the exact amount I would be charged for her the reception said $30 for the ear exam and $15 for the medication. That is reasonable so I booked her in. I went in they left the door wide open and my cat not liking it ran out of the procedure room and around the waiting area. Got her back took a sample and like I knew she had mites so I got the medication. Then I am going to pay and they ask for $115. That is over DOUBLE and I asked for all charges when I call. She said it is because he had to take a sample and look at it in a microscope. How else will you be able to preform and ear mite exam, they are microscopic parasites. I said that an ear mite exam should include checking for ear mites.... And then she started to yell at me for not wanting to pay that telling me I chose to have the procedure done. Never again.

Best clinic ever helolo people he works 7 days a week so your pets are heatlhy and dont lose them.HE doesnt even get to sit down or eat something because he wants to help u and your pets.He doesnt say come to my clinic only if he doesnt know how to do something then doesnt take a risk. He says you should go to a different clinic. He doesnt give ads on tv, newpapers or something else.He doesnt force u to come to his clinic like some other clinics. BEST CLINIC EVER RECCOUMEND U TO TAKE UR PETS TO THERE. DONT LISTEN TO OTHERS THEY COULD BE LIEING TAKE UR PET THERE AND SEE IF ITS MEANT FOR U

Amazing vet. So caring, always gets down and comforts my dog before any consult, has also kissed my dog when she was nervous. He treats all animals, i took my rabbit in he treated him, when he still didnt know, he referred me to another vet who specialized in rabbits so he wasnt using up my time and money. Best prices in the area. I'm sorry for the rater that dealt with the sub vet. I'm not sure that he still works there though? Dr bassi is the only vet in the office other than when he's on vacation. That is also why he's not there at all times during open hours, especially on weekends. They take appts any time during open hours and he comes in for them if it's outside of his full shift (they are open 11 hours a day) if there is a walk in and he's not there, he comes in immediately (hence a possible disheveled look)

Dr. Bassi is a great Vet. My puppy actually likes him! He let me pay a month later when I was having money troubles and diagnosed an infection and had her on the correct treatments within hours. Recommended!!

I am so beyond happy with Dr. Bassi and all of his staff. He is truly an animal person always acknowledging my cats or dog first before me, and ensuring their comfort. Also, he did an excellant job performing a risky surgery on my cat on Christmas eve. The staff were very supportive of my emotional state and allowed frequent visits. He also checked in on him 2x on Christmas day. I had to take my puppy to an after hours clinic, that I will never go to again, and Dr. Bassi did not even charge me for him to check up on her afterwards. He is currently trying to save her from an infection from said vet. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and everyone that works there. They truly understand that our pets are family. My equine vet also has a relationship with this clinic, and Dr Bassi, as she develops her films there. Extremely affordable, compassionate, friendly, and competant clinic. If Dr. Bassi treated humans, we would take our future children to him.

Never have taken my animals there and don't think I would want to based on just looking at the clinic. I was sitting in my parked car just in front of the clinic. I don't think they care about the dignity of the animals because they leave the door to the treatment theatre open so that passers by can see animals having surgery! What if I was walking by with children and they saw/see that poor dog with its tounge sticking out and a breathing tube in their mouth??!! I would like to know their reasoning for not closing the door. I don't know about you but I would be upset if that was my pet on display like that!

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. Dr.Bassi has always been great to my dog Bella. The staff are very friend and have such great knowledge. Dr.Bassi helped Bella when she was having her puppies and the vet assistant Kristie was very supportive and even stayed late after hours to monitor Bella and her puppies. The warmth of the clinic always makes me feel comfortable. What more could you ask for in a vet. Not only does he hire smart and attractive looking staff who love their patients he goes beyond what any other vets I have been too when it comes to treatment and helping. I guess everyone has an opinion but I think this hospital is by far the best. They are affordable and friendly and they always have a clean hospital unlike a few I have been too with dirty floors and exam rooms. I would recommend Dr.Bassi to everyone that I know. Bella and I will always be grateful to him. Keep up the good work guys and don't let the negativity pull you down.You guys are great!

Brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning and Dr. Bassi wasn't there. He had another vet covering for him since he was on vacation. Since it was a routine thing, I allowed her to stay for the procedure. She never returned home, she had a seizure after surgery and they gave her something to "calm" her down and unfortunately that killed her. I met with Dr. Bassi when he was back and he couldn't explain what happened, but said that clearly she was a healthy dog. Come to find out months later that this vet is still there! Why would Dr. Bassi continue to allow him to practice there????

Dr Bassi took care or your lab, he had cancer, him and his staff are the most caring people. They would call us to check up on our dog. His prices are below what other vets charge. I would highly recommend them. I would call that day and he would squeeze us in. Very caring and does give the best care. They go above and beyond.

Excellent Vet! Have not a bad thing to say. Our dog is a year old now and is a bit of a lemon. He has been there numerous times and we have not had any problems. Dr. Bassi gets right down to the animals level. We have also brought our cat there and he even gave her a kiss. The rest of the staff is amazing! They are also very knowledgable! I feel good about leaving my dog in there care. I would definatley reccomend them!!!

by far the worst and most unprofessional clinic i have ever seen. the clinic was a mess, bags of food all over the floor. nobody was in the clinic yet i had to wait to see the vet. when i finally saw him he looked like a mess, stains on his jacket. didn't know the first thing about anything. doesn't know how to act with the animals, very clumsy and has no connection with them. absolutely disgusted with this clinic and will never return. if you love your animal STAY AWAY.

This is a bare bones clinic with only the most basic equipment. Dr. Bassi euthanized my awake cat without giving her a sedative. After no more than a minute after, he told me to give her to him. He said if I held her for awhile, that I wouldn't want to let her go. I gave her to him and he laid her on the freezer. I hesitated a minute and he then asked "Do you want to watch me bag her". I was shocked. Later when I looked at the bill, I saw that I had also been charged for a sedative shot when none had been given. This vet doesn't care about the animals - only about the money. Be careful.

Dr.Bassi is great not only was he willing to help me with my money situations but he provided excellent care to my dog every since I first starting going to him. I have been there for almost 2 years now and I am very satisfied. After searching for clinics in lower mainland that are afforable yet friendly and about my dog rather than money I found my forever vet. I recommend this hospital to anyone especially if money is an issue. His rates are really cheap and reasonable and he is a very good vet. He explains everything to you and you never have to call several times to check on your pet because the staff calls you with updates.Something my previous vet never did I was always on hold or told I would be called back. Not at 186 St. The staff are friendly and they work great as a team.
