July 6,@2;30pm my wife and I arrived at your clinic. Asked for help to carry our cat "Pickles" into the clinic. Staff was instructed by a girl to take the cat straight into the back, my wife went to follow, she was told no, to stay by this young girl who wanted "Pickles" data" which we had Pickles was just to have his nails clipped very friendly, loves meeting ppl. Staff tried to talk us into getting him vaccinated with some vague cat general vaccine. We replied no vaccines.
You gave us back our cat, he was like a wild beast, he had**** all over him. No explanation, you put him in our car, we drove home to Bridge north, car reeking of****, open windows in 30+ degree heat. Got home the cage door busted open, Pickles ran all over the house dragging his****ty ass all over our hardwood floors.
We have been a customer of yours for 23 years, paid whatever you asked without debate. Not being allowed to be with our pet was unjust.
I will never darken your door way again.

Absolutely the WORST vet clinic I’ve ever used. They are disorganized, rude and extremely overpriced. They only care about their bottom line, they push for overpriced testing and convince you that you need to buy their toxic filled Royal Canin and Hills science diet products. Those foods are what made my animal sick in the first place….

I had an amazing experience at three island vet! I was referred there for my dog Riley as a reputable vet. The whole process from start to finish the staff and doctor always updated me with detailed information about cost, post and pre op surgery instructions for my dog. Their prices were extremely fair and they take great pride in their work. I really appreciated the honesty and care they showed me during the whole process. Dr Heaten, Kim, Michelle, and, Brenda were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease for my dogs surgery. They took great care of Riley and because of them he is a new dog and I can’t thank the staff and doctor enough for their work!l it truly shows. I would highly recommend to anyone for dental surgery. Sincerely thankful and hugely impressed.

I have been taking my dogs to Dave and Robbie for 20 year's , even while I lived in Toronto and I have to say in all honesty they are the best vets I have ever been to and I have been to a lot over the year's! So caring, great pricing, Dave taked his time and explains everything, does follow ups, and gives the best opions for the care of my dogs! I now live in Nova Scotia and have been to 3 vets so far and none will ever compare to Dave, he is The Best and such a kind man, I can;t say enough about him and his wife Robbie or the staff for that matter, all so sweet and friendly, especially Darlene, great lady! How I wish they could move their practice to Nova Scotia! Sincerely BRENDA BAILEY AND HER PACK OF 8 DOGS! Miss you Dave, Robbie and Darlene! Take care

Went to Three Island Vets today to have our Maine Coon have his gums examined. Dr. Heaton was very informative, and took the time to explain to us the situation. We would definitely recommend Dr. Heaton.

This vet has a habit of using high pressure sales tactics. Seem to prefer surgery over diagnostics. Passed us and our dog to another vet who frankly, we feel, was incompetent and egotistical. Made my daughter and I feel as if we were too poor to be responsible pet owners. Threatened to call OSPCA on us if we didn't allow surgery. Doctor used the words "the law" which after researching was abject nonsense and plainly, just a threat. Shameful behaviour from healthcare professionals. BTW my dog was just fine after IV hydration and laxatives. I ordered them to do that after failed diagnosis. Saved my dog surgery which was unnecessary and 3500 bucks. They offered to euthanize when I refused surgery, yeah. This practice takes advantage of the high density of Seniors in town,IMO.

$85.00 plus tax is robbery for an examination that the other vet charges $60.00...

Way over priced and specially for a country vet. Price around as there are other clinics equally as good for less.

We are moving from Toronto to Bobcaygeon and used them in an emergency situation. We were incredibly impressed with the whole experience!! We have used our vet in Toronto for about 30 years and were worried about finding a quality vet in Bobcaygeon No worries now. Excellent care at reasonable prices, and the staff is amazing.

We have two dogs and two cats who we take to TIVS. All the staff there are so friendly, and the animals love them! Our vet is also very aware of how costly services can be and does everything in his power to make sure everyone can afford quality care. I can't say enough how great everyone there is. I didn't think I'd find a vet to match up to my old one when I moved, but I'm VERY happy here.

We choose Three Islands Veterinary Clinic for our pet's care after moving to this area three years ago, even though there are other clinics closer to our home. We'd heard only good things from friends about Three Islands and were delighted to become clients of their practice. Robbi Heather and Dave Heaton are caring, thorough, friendly and very knowledgable. The good service doesn't end with the visit to the clinic, either. There are always follow-up phone calls, often directly from the vet, to check in on your pet's progress after a treatment has been prescribed. Another stand-out quality of this practice is their focus on preventive health care. As an additional bonus, Dr. Heather and Dr. Heaton have sought out a support team for their clinic who also reflect their professional qualities. It is always a pleasure to visit Three Islands...our pets (3 dogs and a cat) like it, too.

Although I live in Ennismore (50 minute drive), I would always take my 3 Shelties for their care at Three Islands. They are wonderful with the dogs and supportive with the owners. I have been seeing them for almost 8 years and in all that time have always had a very positive experience - even when having surgery - their pre-op and post-op support are excellent. I have had dogs most of my life and have relocated several times and hence have had veterinarians in a few areas in Ontario. If I had to commute 3 hours each way to see Three Islands, I would.
