Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Le vétérinaire très gentil et friendly a l’écoute et soucieux de sont travaille et le plus important à l’écoute de l’animal. Je le recommande et ca vas devenir mon vétérinaire maintenant. Un gros merci pour ce que vous avez fait pour mon chat et on ce revois bientôt pour la detartage de mon chat merci

I drove here for my dog's surgery from Burlington, Ontario. The reason was that dr. Dube uses laser in surgery, while in my area vets don't, and most importantly surgery costs in Ontario are prohibitive. I'm extremely happy with the results, the cuts are minimal, they healed very quickly. Not to mention the procedure was affordable. I would recommend this doctor to my friends and already did.

First challenge was finding parking but this is a minor issue. I have gone to this vet for years. At first I found Dr Sirkoski very efficient, extremely patient and always took the time to explain everything. He showed great love for his work and respect to his clientele ; yet, as the years progressed I found it extremely expensive to visit and little understanding or concern for the little guy. When I am told something would cost $50, I don't expect to be changed $75. When questioned I was given invalid excuses. In addition after 4 months of having dog's teeth cleaned the groomer mentioned how teeth needed cleaning. Upon calling vet, once more I was given one excuse after another, but never once said they will redo the cleaning being hundredsof dollars were dispursed for this procedure. I have come to the conclusion I canno longer support this vet. I would need a second job to be able to cover costs. Unfortunately, even though I do believed the vet is great, the cost is unacceptable.

Very good clinic, very professional, very affordable, I completely trust my 3 dogs with Dr. Dubé who is an excellent veterinarian.

I had my cat put to sleep at this clinic 4 years ago. She was sick with bladder problems since she was a young and I couldn't afford to treat her anymore. She was 13 years old and after searching the net about bladder problems on cats, I decided that it would be best to put her to sleep. The experience was horrible. The vet put the needle right into my cats heart and then left the room. My cat cried for about a minute before she fell asleep. I was there with my son and we were both in shock. I have never seen a vet put a cat to sleep like that. Usually they put the needle on the leg and the cat goes to sleep almost immediately. It was horrible. We left the clinic in total shock and never ever went back.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs sur cette clinique. J'ai toujours eu un service irréprochable pour mon chat et mon chien comparé à d'autres cliniques où j'ai dû aller en urgence lorsque celle-ci était fermée. Le Dr Sikorski est une personne très chaleureuse qui ne prescrit aucun traitement inutile et qui aime les animaux. Ses diagnostics et ses recommandations sont toujours excellents et je n'enverrais jamais mes animaux se faire soigner ailleurs.La seule chose négative est le temps d'attente, mais c'est parce que le vétérinaire prend tout le temps nécessaire pour voir et bien traiter l'animal ainsi que donner tous les conseils appropriés.

J'ai toujours eu un service hors pair à cette clinique que je fréquente depuis maintenant 5 ans. Mes trois chats y sont suivis, ainsi que les chiens de race de mon frère. tous les ans, nous recevons des lettres pour chaque animal afin de faire leur suivi annuel. Les stérilisations sont faites dans les règles de l'art, tous mes animaux se sont remis de l'opération des plus rapidement et sans séquelle, les plaies sont bien refermées, très rapidement. Ce vétérinaire veille à toujours conseiller ce qui est le mieux pour l'animal et fait faire un suivi post-opératoire.|This clinic has an amazing service. My three cats and both my brother's dogs are followed there. each year we receive a letter for the shots and follow up for each animal. Sterilisation is very well done. Stitches and final results are very good: all my animals have recovered highly fast, through out the years. This veterinarian always suggests what is best for the animal and does post-surgery follow-up.

Always waited for hours, never called back for vaccine recalls when they clearly told us they would for both our cats. Had sutures done pretty loosely and the wound was not clean at all. We had our female cat sterilized there and the guy only removed the uterus, left the ovaries so she kept being in heat (and even worst). We went to another clinic which removed the ovaries and had them analyzed for confirmation. I beg to anyone reading this, never go there, the guy is a creep. He previously had an associate but now I can understand why she would have left as this guy has no ethics toward animals and shouldn't be allowed to have a clinic.

on fait presentement des enquetes comme clients mystere et je peux vous garntir que la médecine est vraiment creepy la bas... et jai pe entendre des histoire d'horreur! tsé le chat qui va se faire enlever l'utérus pis a la place, le vet il enleve un bout dintestin et le ferme apres... bah le povre chat a pas survécu a son opération qui ne devait pas etre comme sa... au lieu de dire la vérité, ils ont menti au client et ont dit que le chat etait pas en bonne santé... bizarre que 10 jours avant lopération, lhistoire était toute autre... donc naller pas la, je vous en conjure!

Je prend la peine de prendre r-v, mais à chaque fois, je pourris dans la salle d'attente pendant même des heures de temps. Il n'y à pas de stationement ce qui rend la visite plus longue et difficile. La facture trop haut pour le service offert, et je peux facilement trouver la même nourriture qu'ils offrent pour moins cher ailleurs. Mais en toute honnêteté, s'il n'y avait pas autant de temps d'attente presque à chaque visite, la clinique ne serait pas aussi mauvaise. Mais je suis tanné, et je vais aller voir ailleurs!
